This visit was just a six month checkup and to refill meds. As always, I got my questions answered, and was given some things to look out for. Everyone is always so nice, and act like we are the only ones they have to see! We were able to make our next appointment before leaving.

It was so good that I was able to get an appointment same day. This was not the first time that this happened. Doctor was great in explaining what was needed for my dog. Thanks so much.

The staff is always so great with my aggressive cat. They never show any frustration or roughness while handling him, which definitely helps ease my anxiety about the visits.

The front office, the Nurse and the Dr. was very nice and knowledgeable I was very happy with my visit.

So happy we had an in home visit. Great experience. Kudos Bubba is a happier cat.

I thought the vet today was just amazing. Heidi did great. The vet was very informative and took the time with me to see if I had any questions. I have 3 more dachshunds and I will be bringing them here for their teeth cleaning. Ty guys for everything

Amazing staff ??

Herbie was quite worked up and the staff and Dr. Sheppard were amazing. They took their time and made Herbie and I feel at ease. The doctor and technicians did a great job explaining how to clean Herbie’s ears, as well as train him to be more at ease in new situations.

This was our first appointment and we were very impressed with Dr. Shepherd. He took his time to educate us with our new puppy. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Everyone was great. Plus we love John our vet. He s the best. Cupcake loves him too.

My visit went well. The only thing was no one ever came back to check me out. After 20 minutes i went out to the front desk. This has never happened before so im not sure exactly what happened,
