I called for an appointment. They were so kind and helpful and were able to get us in. The tech was nice and asked very thorough questions. The vet explained what he was thinking and the steps we needed to take. The labs came back the next day. I got a call from Dr. Shepard explaining the results. He even sent over literature about my cats condition. 5 out of 5 stars!

Dr. Shepherd was very helpful in explaining sx my dog was having and probable cause. He also explained about the dental cleaning that my dog needs under sedation.

They have always taken good care of my fur babies!!! W appreciate you Doc and your team!!!!

Front staff could be a little more pleasant. They were not rude or anything like that but one specifically was detached. I can see where that might turn off or agitate some people. There was an issue with one of the electronic pay systems which I assume contributed but the one staff person needs to be reminded that customers still need to be treated kindly and with a smile.
