We love the care and consideration our family pets receive at Four Loving Paws.

This is the cleanest and nicest veterinary clinic I have ever been to. The doctor explained everything that I needed to do and answered all the questions I had. The doctors assistant was very nice and did a wonderful job. I will be going back for my future visit. I want to thank all of them that I met today for doing such a wonderful job.

I was referred to this practice by Brandon Sneath of Brazil and decided to make the drive from Terre Haute. While the veterinarian and the two young assistants who helped her were absolutely amazing — professional, kind, and great with my doodle — my experience at the front desk was disappointing. Unfortunately, the individuals at the front counter were not welcoming or friendly. One seemed frustrated with her computer and vocalized it in front of myself, while the other had a noticeably unapproachable demeanor. When I arrived about 10 minutes late (after calling ahead to inform them), I felt I was treated coldly despite having received prior approval for the slight delay. I strongly believe that the first point of contact in any veterinary office / place of business sets the tone for the entire experience. In this case, the front desk did not reflect the warmth and professionalism I received from the vet team in the back. That said, the care my pet received was outstanding, and I will return because of the veterinarian and her assistants — they were truly exceptional.

The staff are always pleasant and helpfull

This visit was just a six month checkup and to refill meds. As always, I got my questions answered, and was given some things to look out for. Everyone is always so nice, and act like we are the only ones they have to see! We were able to make our next appointment before leaving.

It was so good that I was able to get an appointment same day. This was not the first time that this happened. Doctor was great in explaining what was needed for my dog. Thanks so much.

The staff is always so great with my aggressive cat. They never show any frustration or roughness while handling him, which definitely helps ease my anxiety about the visits.

The front office, the Nurse and the Dr. was very nice and knowledgeable I was very happy with my visit.

I thought the vet today was just amazing. Heidi did great. The vet was very informative and took the time with me to see if I had any questions. I have 3 more dachshunds and I will be bringing them here for their teeth cleaning. Ty guys for everything

I have been going to Dr. Shepard for my pets care for years now. I’m always very happy with the care my pets receive. Dr. Shepard and his staff are friendly and compassionate. I highly recommend Sr. Shepard!

We really appreciated the swiftness with our little puppy. We d never been to this vet before, but they didn t hesitate to take care of us...they were very thorough and we felt good about our baby in their care. Thank you so much! So happy to find out no breaks, fractures or dislocation.
