Dear Four Loving Paws, As always, everyone was very kind, caring, and helpful. Dr.Shepherd was very calm and patient with our sweet dog Adrian even though she didn t share with him her gratitude and adorable sweetness for his kind care. Tiffany and Kendra also were kind and helpful to Adrian while gently convincing her that they needed to draw blood. We are forever thankful for everyone at Four Loving Paws and the respectful TLC always given to our beloved cats and dogs and also to us. We have always received great care at four loving paws with Dr Shepherd and staff. Today our dog went for a visit that was not preventative. Dr took his time and explained our situation. We had to leave our dog and was updated in a timely manner and given a plan b. I would recommend this office to family and friends

Great staff and service

My furbaby injured herself and I immediately called and was seen in about 10 minutes! I was so thankful to get immediate help. Everyone was very nice, knowledge, and so helpful. They made sure I understood her medicine and how to give it to her and gave me the paperwork I needed to turn into my insurance and even let me check out in the room so we could just leave without stopping at the desk. We were completely satisfied with everything about our visit!

This is the cleanest and nicest veterinary clinic I have ever been to. The doctor explained everything that I needed to do and answered all the questions I had. The doctors assistant was very nice and did a wonderful job. I will be going back for my future visit. I want to thank all of them that I met today for doing such a wonderful job.

I was referred to this practice by Brandon Sneath of Brazil and decided to make the drive from Terre Haute. While the veterinarian and the two young assistants who helped her were absolutely amazing — professional, kind, and great with my doodle — my experience at the front desk was disappointing. Unfortunately, the individuals at the front counter were not welcoming or friendly. One seemed frustrated with her computer and vocalized it in front of myself, while the other had a noticeably unapproachable demeanor. When I arrived about 10 minutes late (after calling ahead to inform them), I felt I was treated coldly despite having received prior approval for the slight delay. I strongly believe that the first point of contact in any veterinary office / place of business sets the tone for the entire experience. In this case, the front desk did not reflect the warmth and professionalism I received from the vet team in the back. That said, the care my pet received was outstanding, and I will return because of the veterinarian and her assistants — they were truly exceptional.
