I love premier vet & the staff.

My experience with Premier Vet care was very positive, except I felt very disappointed in the price quote for teeth cleaning. On the website it is advertised as $165. Of course I understand that this number is just an estimate, but the quote I received on my visit was over $650 for a dog with no real issues, other than being almost ten years old. I was looking for more affordable dental care for my dog, but the quote was essentially the same as my regular vet. I feel like the website was mildly misleading. Perhaps you need to put the average price for dogs of various ages. I drove a distance to your office and paid $45 for an office visit for nothing. All that said, I was impressed with the vet that saw my dog, and I do appreciate that the quote for dental cleaning was comprehensive. It s better to know beforehand than be surprised later. I did not schedule a dental cleaning with Premier Vet Care. I will schedule with my regular vet when I have saved up the money.

I have been using you guys for multiple pets for about 4 years. I have also sent several people your way as clients. I have to say my feelings are mixed with staying with your services. I think the care, and facilities themselves, the doctors and generally the staff are good however it is the phone system - the fact you can rarely get anyone live and then goes to a voicemail that is full or broken - and if you email, it is not answered or not quick enough. The wait varies greatly. I have waited for 2 hours for a scheduled appt. or I have gone right in. Your script refill process is inconvenient. I usually can not call in, but when I do and ask for refills, almost always they are not filled yet or something is missing. It seems always very busy so I d suggest hiring someone to run the back office, optimize the processes and oversee the customer service.

I walked up and said “I have an emergency” and was immediately helped even though I didn’t have an appointment. This is proof positive that patients come before practice. You all helped me more than you can ever imagine by helping the kitten I saved off the road and out of my tire, then giving him a loving home. I cried all the way home from happiness.

Yes the services was awesome and I appricate the service my pet got

The staff is amazing and so understanding. I wouldn’t dream of taking my sweet Bella anywhere else.

It was 6 days before I could get an appointment (I called Friday and the first available appointment was the next Wednesday) it was for a refill for apoquel and her feet were red and raw. She was miserable. The good thing that came out of it was I got a prescription that I got filled at Walmart that was half the price. So with a strain on our finances right now, that was really a blessing.

It is an extremely great place to take your pet.

De. Porter is a wonderful vet. She is very compassionate and sensitive to my pets problem.

It was a very good experience. I felt my dog was important and was treated with care. I felt that the tests were not excessive and too expensive. Very glad I found them.

This visit was just a recheck so I did not spend any time with the vet (I waited in the car due to social distancing procedures) but on the inital visit I was happy with the amount of time the provider spent with me.

Wait in the parking lot was long, both waiting for them to get my dog and for them to bring her back.

My appointment was at 5 p.m. I had to wait in my car until 530 p.m. waiting in my car wasnt the problem it was waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time.

Everything was great and didn’t have to wait at all.

The vet I saw was amazing, thorough, compassionate, and caring to my fur baby!!!! They are children/family to us and appreciate her treating him that way!

The staff was great even with the Coronavirus safety measures in place. They got my dog Buddy in and did his toenails in less than 10 minutes. Also, it was free because Buddy is a VIP Premier pet and gets free nail clippings for a year. They are great. A friend first told me about them when I needed to get Buddy s shots about 5 months ago Dave Kellenburger

Curbside service due to covid-19 pandemic. I recommend you guy out numbers out at designated parking spots along the back (Ex.1-7) to better tour efforts in servicing people and their pets... Curbside is cool!!!
