This was our first visit with PV and we loved it! Thank you for making it a great experience and we’re happy to have found you all!

The vet tech and the doctor were both great with our fur babies. The biggest hassle was the hour wait past our appointment time in the car with the cats in their carrier. We were told when we checked in that it would be 10 minutes until they were ready for us. I check after 30 and was told we were next. After an hour I walked in ready to cancel our appointment. If we had been told they were running behind, we could have made other arrangements or chosen to come a different day.

Since I retired from the Army out of Germany in 2012 I have used your clinic and my mom far longer than that. I m a bad critic of customer service and this family has no complaints. I saw Dr. Hatcher who is by far my favorite. He spent a lot of time explaining the options for my beloved pet. He was straight forward and easy to talk to. I like Premier when I get Dr Hatcher.

Premier is leaps and bounds better than our (now) previous vet! The staff was so kind and caring. We are going to be lifers! Thank you!

First time visit and was great

I really like your service, most of the staff were very friendly. the cost was much higher than expected for assessment, the doctor never spoke to me. and after reviewing the treatment cost I was not able to afford the cost. I asked if the pet doctor could speak to me, my question was is it necessary to have this procedure done right now? that my concern was for possible bleeding into my pet s tail. the person who spoke to me was very put off by me asking and the vet said no immediate threat. so the lady brought my pet to me. and said the vet doctor was busy, and if anything changes I can come back. Not sure if I will!!!

The vet and staff were amazing as usual! Not easy to get in for appt but I was very satisfied with the doctor who took care of my sweet dog.

It was a pleasant experience. We were treated well.

The low stars are all due to the Covid 19 protocols/procedures, which I understand can’t be helped. I love Premier Vet!

was a walk in due to emergency visit and the total visit time was almost 2 hrs with me waiting outside due to covid policy. understand time being a bit long due to covid but other visits a year or so ago were similar. lost the personal interaction that used to happen when dr hatcher was a smaller business. i never was able to speak to a doctor only the young workers there.
