The young man that weighs the dogs and takes you in the room didn’t seem to be having a good day. As I gave him paperwork he flicked it back to me as if he had an issue with it. I don’t think he ever smiled at me the entire time I was in his presence. Presentation is everything and he did not represent the business well. It was a good thing that the doctor was so much more pleasant!

I appreciate Dr. Hatcher taking his time to take care of my little Percy. He has been through so much...and so has Percy...lol Seriously, thank you Dr. Hatcher!!!

I had to put my dog down. With the office visit and bringing her back it the total bills were $600. I think that is way too high. When I put another dog down another vet did not charge me for pulling her down since u had been with them for awhile. Think about that. We r sad enough but that much money is Like a another punch in our stomach

We love coming to you guys for our fur babies needs. You guys do what you can to keep the costs as low as possible, and genuinely care about our pets as much as we do. Dr. Stocks was very efficient and compassionate with our fur baby.

Waiting area smelt of urine. There was moisture on the floor, but in small droplets. Could have been drool.

Waiting time was very long .

Everything was excellent. The only thing I would say could be better is the cloth benches in the waiting room. The cloth holds fur and I’m never sure if it’s clean. You all do a great job and it is much appreciated! I also really appreciate the snacks in the lobby. It makes my toddler like coming and keeps him from being afraid while there.

The care that was given to Bailey was stellar. Her surgery was very risky, and we knew the outcome could be fatal. Our trust was placed in the more than capable hands of Dr. Letarte and her surgical team. Bailey is home recovering, and we have all of you to thank for that. Bless you

My dog received their first vaccination with their first owner. I brought him in for his second-but first for me. He got sick the next day and when I got ahold of the after hours that linked me to the animal hospital they told me that was an expected symptom. I wish I knew what to look for after his vaccines. I didn’t think to ask and wish that was info already provided as normal information proactively given.

Dr. Hatcher and the staff were extremely kind and courteous. I appreciate all they did for Charlie. Thank you so much.

Everything was good

Great visit, much better than the last place I took my cat. She gets stressed very easily around other animals so it was great that they took us out of the main waiting room so quickly. Also the dr seemed to genuinely care about my concerns and I felt confident in her knowledge and suggestions. Very happy with this visit.

All I have to say is WOW! I have been going to another vet in Smyrna for years just because it’s the only one I knew of. While looking for a place to board my 3 cats, I found y’all and thought I would see how things go. I felt like the vet and the other staff members who saw my cat truly cared about my cat and making sure she was healthy and SO affordable! I actually found out my cat didn’t get the shots I was told she received at the old vet, but they made sure she was taken care of and that she received all the shots she needed to get her current and prevent her from getting sick. I will definitely be bringing my other two cats here. I can’t wait to see how great things will be with the boarding! Thank you!!
