We love premier. They were great to us all through the life of our previous rescue. We couldn’t wait to get our new puppy in to see them. Our dogs are family, and I trust them with their lives.

Dr. Catron thoroughly answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. We love Dr. Catron and Premier!

Thank you for seeing Smokey on short notice. Even though it wasn’t a huge emergency, he was worked in quickly. Once he was out of recovery, he was a little groggy but nothing unexpected. After a day of limited playtime (he is very high energy) you wouldn’t even know he had surgery. Thank you again for fixing his little paw.

I appreciate the social distancing provided by the staff during this time. They were so sweet to Suzy and took such good care of her. Thank you to each one involved!

This the best Vets office I have ever used. Your staff is always so kind and attentive to my pets and me. You thuroughly explain everything going on and ask my opinion before proceeding. You do your best to calm my fears and ease my babies stress. I truly appreciate each and everyone of your staff! Thank you so much for all you do!

Covid-19 made things more difficult than normal, but I was disappointed that my dog did not get his nails trimmed during sedation as promised. Also, I was charged for a cone. Got home and realized that I wasn t given one. I called the clinic and asked if I could come back and get it and they said that was fine. Then I get to the clinic and was told that they forgot to tell me they didn t actually have one. Wasted gas and time. Poor communication.

The question you re not asking is, was my pet s issue resolved. In this case, NO . I spent nearly $300 and my pet still thinks her genitals are a drinking fountain. Sorry, not pleased!

I rate questions 1 - 6 as excellent.

I m very appreciative of how attentive the staff is and how good they are at getting my dog in quickly. There are a couple of times I ve called as soon as they open and she can be seen the same day. That s awesome when you re worried about them and want to get them care as soon as possible.

Love the staff. They are so caring about our pets. I love that they do not rush and try to help with all questions and concerns. #wareagle #auburn ??

Excellent care and following protocol

I was very satisfied with all services but with the wait time. I waited 52 minutes before anyone even approached me with the paperwork for signature and since all I was having done this time was blood work for my pet. Question 3 if related to a doctor seeing me for explanation I put n/a as blood work results will come in next week so didn t need to see a doctor on this visit. Thank you.

Everybody there treats Kevin like a celebrity model, and the visit was (almost) enjoyable, even by Kevin s high standards (especially considering he got shots and a probe). Thanks everyone for great service.

Made an appt online got the confirmation. When I got there I didnt have an appointment. Staff was amazing. They got me in right away no wait. I will only call for appt from now on.
