Only negative was wait time for Dr but everything else was excellent

With the stipulations in place at this time I found the service I received from the staff superior. Also if I have any questions they are more than willing to help me. Thank you Also as a side note if my star ratings do not show up it is due to I am on the IPad But I marked all excellent!

I’ve always loved this location! It has definitely been a little hard to get in during the COVID time and had to take my dog to another place since he had allergies and needed to be seen ASAP. But I will always bring him here as my primary location because everyone is always so friendly and my dog feels comfortable here. Thanks!

Best Vet Clinic!

My only complaint was I had trouble with the online appointment scheduling. I needed to change the day but was unable. Luckily I was able to make my appointment so I didn’t have to change it I am very happy with the hospital

Phones are rarely answered. When speaking to it you keep saying how busy you are and you’re short staffed. When we arrive there are employees literally everywhere. Recently there were five employees at the desk and nobody was answering the phone. The new girl had a mask around her neck. That’s not very useful. It also gets old to have hidden charges.

Their quality service and care helps to keep Brody fit.

Our girl was scheduled for an allergy shot only but it turned in to a non emergency walk in visit. We were worked in VERY quickly and the staff was very nice and helpful. Wont take my pups anywhere else!

We are very happy with Premeir as the Vet for our dog.

I took my dog in because she was having problems breathing and snoring and snorting. After x rays and blood tests and nearly $500 I still don’t know what is wrong with my dog!

The staff is amazing they love my fur babies as they were theirs and took care of them in a timely matter I would refer anyone here

My tech was absolutely amazing! I forgot her name, but her attitude alone makes me want to come back to your facility.

I just wish it didn’t take so long. They are in the room for a minute and out in out. It just take to long. I was there an hour and half.

My dog needed her anal glands expressed and an allergy shot given. I paid my bill, left with my dog then recieved a text saying nothing was given and then had to drive back.Turns out just her anal glands were expressed the first time. It is also impossiable to leave a message on your answering machine, an email takes awhile to get back to me. I feel like the service that we are used to having at this location has been lacking recently.
