I just want to say “Thank you” to all of the staff for their efforts in keeping us safe during this time. I also want to say, I think this is the first time I have seen Ginger wag her tail seeing a Vet. (It didn’t last very long, but she did.) Ginger and I just moved to Smyrna and so glad to have found your services.

yes pictures with the names of the veterinarians so we could put a name with a face of the doctors that s taking care of our pets.especially with mask being on when there is a new veterinarian you can t readily see their face and I m not in the office a lot to know when there is a change in staff. During this last visit I did realize that the doctor who appeared to be the vet, as she was wearing a white jacket, and was unfamiliar to me so I asked her what her name was.so it would be nice to have some way of welcoming and introducing new staff especially the veterinarians to the clients. For example sending out a an introduction to the clients using an email system like they do for appointment reminders that t a new vet has joined the practice. also there could be pictures of the vets behind the reception desk on the wall when there is a new vet within the last 6 months. Also the tech that takes the initial report and weight could let clients know what the vets name is that will be servicing them that day or take notice and initiative if the vet has seen that client before and if not introduce them.

The staff is super sweet.

I love Premier I would never take any of my dogs anywhere else, unless in an emergency & you were closed. The only problem I have ever had is getting through on the phones - even when I leave messages to make an appt - I don t get called back, I just have to keep calling until someone answers. Other then that everything from the location, staff, cleanliness, vet knowledge, friendliness, the love for animals, is all top notch - I recommend Premier all the time.

Everyone was helpful and informative. Everyone friendly and did a great job on taking care of my dog. They had an emergency and offered curbside drop-off, which allowed the worker to come to me in my vehicle and still help my animal out. They always willing to help your animals put even during these uncertain times. Keep it up

It is very difficult to get someone on the phone. I left a message at 11am, and at 4pm I called back because no one had returned my call regarding questions on my pets prescription. Someone finally texted me back a couple of hours after the second message, but no phone call which was requested. I always feel you take good care of my pet when we are there in person, but the difficulty is speaking with someone is a constant frustration. Most of the time, the phone goes to voice mail. Maybe more staff at the front desk would help.

Dr. Drew was awesome and so was Stephanie informing me of how the appointment would go and then after my dogs shots Dr Drew talked to me answering questions about the mystery of dog food and if you can elevate a dog bowl without the worry of bloat which you can. We have had wonderful care at PVC but with COVID everything was done in the parking lot! It was awesome I didn’t have to go in, they took my pup got him his shots and brought him directly out - 7’min tops, and after a long stressful day Dr Drew and I saw a momma deer and a baby deer walk right across the parking lot! Jaw dropping goodness!

This was our first visit with PV and we loved it! Thank you for making it a great experience and we’re happy to have found you all!

The vet tech and the doctor were both great with our fur babies. The biggest hassle was the hour wait past our appointment time in the car with the cats in their carrier. We were told when we checked in that it would be 10 minutes until they were ready for us. I check after 30 and was told we were next. After an hour I walked in ready to cancel our appointment. If we had been told they were running behind, we could have made other arrangements or chosen to come a different day.

Since I retired from the Army out of Germany in 2012 I have used your clinic and my mom far longer than that. I m a bad critic of customer service and this family has no complaints. I saw Dr. Hatcher who is by far my favorite. He spent a lot of time explaining the options for my beloved pet. He was straight forward and easy to talk to. I like Premier when I get Dr Hatcher.

Premier is leaps and bounds better than our (now) previous vet! The staff was so kind and caring. We are going to be lifers! Thank you!
