Need more knowledgeable staff. Person that helped me said our 6 week old Doberman was too old to have his ears cropped. It’s max 13 weeks. Secondly there is a big difference between a scratched cornea, and a ulcer on the cornea. It’s not the same. The whole process felt fake like someone was trying sell me some BS. I also had other questions that were not answered, and felt rushed. I hope my service was just a COVID era type thing, because if it isn’t I won’t be returning.

The waiting outside was completely out if their hands. It’s due to Covid and I understand that. I would be nice to have somewhere to sit outside when one has to fill out documents though

When an appt is made make sure you let people know only one person at a time. I wasn’t told and my kids had to sit in a car for an hour and a half.

Might want to pick up some poo poo in the grass. ?? Like a minefield out there waiting to get in.

The music in the lobby is so loud. You have animals barking and people talking so much louder because the music is so loud

Very friendly staff and took care of our molly really quickly. I called after she got hurt and they saw her as soon as I could get there. She is much better today.

I loved that we were put in a room right away; last time we waited quite a while in the common area and the presence of other unknown pets really stressed my cat out to the point that I almost had to just cancel the appointment and leave. I know it is mainly a covid safety procedure but it would be a great one to continue long-term. The examination seemed shorter and less thorough than usual. My cat is very healthy to my knowledge so a full exam that I am used to may not have been necessary, but would have made me feel better as she usually only has to have one appointment per year and I would like to know if there is anything to watch out for. I love the staff here, everyone who I saw at this appointment was very sweet and helpful.

It was my first time at the practice and everything was so incredible! The staff was so kind and helpful and everything was explained well. I will definitely recommend this practice to friends and family!

It took me almost a week to be able to get an appointment for my dog. In that time, his ear infection got much worse. It would be nice if walk in appointments could be handled later than 3:00 pm. Once we had the appointment, we were in and out in no time.

I love the way the staff help with my fur baby that is scared of other people and dogs. They took there time with him and was very understanding and help his mother ease her fears

I know things run behind, but I waited 1 and a half hours before getting in a room with our dog. I know Covid and other emergencies happen and it has thrown everything off. Normally we love it there and everyone is so friendly. It s hard waiting that long with an anxious animal. If it were possible at all to forsee those times that things are running behind, maybe a phone call to reschedule could be a solution. I would have taken that option. (Though, I understand you can t please every one.) We will be back. This wasn t a deal breaker for us. We appreciate you all... because I know if it was my dog that needed the extra time, I would be grateful.
