I was in and out in 45 minutes with a diagnosis and proper medicine! LOVED the vet and vet tech, both took their time with my Zuko to let him warm up to them.

I am glad to find a vet that actually cares and puts in effort to make both my dogs and me comfortable.

My dog and I have always been treated well at Premier. This visit was for a serious issue and they worked us in almost immediately. The news was not good, but they were clear on my options and sympathetic on choices I may have to make.

Charlotte did a great job with my dog. The parking lot needs re-striping.

Need more knowledgeable staff. Person that helped me said our 6 week old Doberman was too old to have his ears cropped. It’s max 13 weeks. Secondly there is a big difference between a scratched cornea, and a ulcer on the cornea. It’s not the same. The whole process felt fake like someone was trying sell me some BS. I also had other questions that were not answered, and felt rushed. I hope my service was just a COVID era type thing, because if it isn’t I won’t be returning.

The waiting outside was completely out if their hands. It’s due to Covid and I understand that. I would be nice to have somewhere to sit outside when one has to fill out documents though

When an appt is made make sure you let people know only one person at a time. I wasn’t told and my kids had to sit in a car for an hour and a half.

The music in the lobby is so loud. You have animals barking and people talking so much louder because the music is so loud
