We ve known Dr. Hatcher for many, many years. He is undoubtly one of the best Vets around!!!! He cares for the animals like they were his own.

Both times we ve been, there s been a rather long wait to be seen either in the room or via pager in the car even though we ve had an appointment. That being said, everyone is very nice and informative.

We would like to thank both Dr. Letarte and Josh for seeing our dog Liza Jane for an urgent care visit. Josh was excellent at relaying the information to Dr. Letarte and relaying information back to us. The front desk personnel do a great job also during these very difficult times. My frustration with Premier Vet is getting phone calls answered and returned. Sometimes when I even try to leave a message, the automated phone system doesn t give me that option.

Premier was my saving grace when a different vet continued to bill me for services that weren’t actually benefitting my pup. I will forever be thankful for them and will be switching who my good boy sees from now on.

My experience here was wonderful, but it would have been nice if the vet who did my dog’s surgery had talked to me when I came to pick her up. All the staff were wonderful though.

Great experience! Everyone is so friendly and helpful-I needed help with Gracie and Minnie in their carriers since I have a new hip and have to be careful lifting-one of the girls came out and brought them in and back to the car when they were finished-I really appreciated that!!

I was in and out in 45 minutes with a diagnosis and proper medicine! LOVED the vet and vet tech, both took their time with my Zuko to let him warm up to them.
