Always a great experience

The reason for the answer to #6 is that I picked up several flea bites while in the office. I am very allergic to fleas and therefore have spent a few uncomfortable days because of the visit. Next time I will douse in insect repellent before I enter. Thought you ought to know as this could be a major problem if left unchecked.

I saw 5 different people before I say the vet! Was told different things. Waited 1 hour before I was seen and I had an appointment! I just came in for a heartworm test and refills! Very unhappy!

Thank you for taking such good care of my girl, and getting her in so quick when I know how busy you are. She is feeling so much better thanks to you.

Very thorough. I appreciate all the suggestions and thoughtful comments that the vet shared. This is what makes me keep coming back here a year after year.

I was not happy with the vet tech. The girls at the desk were very nice and friendly and pleasant. There was one comment made by the vet tech that I did not appreciate. You re a nurse and don t believe in pain meds. She had no idea of what I went through with my other baby because of pain meds. I did take the meds and watched Jasper very closely. My dogs are everything to me. Her comment was very inappropriate. I did not see the vet which I would have appreciated but I understand with this virus precautions have to be taken. I am.lucky enough that I am retired and can watch him closely. I would appreciate it if on my revisit I have another tech. Thank you for your understanding.

How Lucky could I be?! I got Dr. Hacker (the Owner)! He explained everything I asked him about with my Shih Tzu. He was kind and loving towards her. He didn t rush me out. Took time with me and Darla. It was a good informative visit too! Thanks Dr. Hacker!

I had a very nice visit. The customer service girls out front were very pleasant and the tech came to my car to get my little dog and when they finished she brought her back out. I want to say thank you to all the wonderful people that work at premier Vetcare. I always feel welcome and that I and my pets are important to you.

Online schedule did not match what was actually available. So what’s the point of making appt online. And I had to wait another week to be seen on the particular day I needed. Also the vet tech poked my dogs leg multiple times trying to get a blood sample.

This vet is a nightmare outside the actual doctors! Waiting times are ridiculous and good luck getting in touch with anyone over the phone. My older dog has several health problems so often has to spend the day at their facility for certain levels to be checked. With that being said several times I’ve paid 200 plus for the days visit only to find out that they didn’t communicate something with me and now we have to redo the test. Thousands wasted with the vet! Look elsewhere for your veterinary services!!!

The system was down when I went to pay, so I did not receive my final invoice until the next day via email. That is the reason for the N/A since it seems they did not have an opportunity to review my final bill with me. However, it was a great visit! My dog is a rescue pup with high anxiety and lots of baggage. I always appreciate the patience your staff has with her and recommend you to others any time I have the opportunity to brag about your staff. I believe we saw Dr. Mirmina for this last visit. She was great and instantly took the anxiety out of the appointment for my dog. The vet assistant (or whatever the correct title is) also had extreme patience in clipping my dog s nails before we left, which is always a stressful event for my pup. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to work with us!

My last visit was wonderful. Wish I could remember the name of the 2 ladies that took care of my kitties. Thank you for listening and explaining everything. Adelle

You guys always take care of us. We were there for awhile this time but they went over everything with me and gave me advice on possibly changing food to help with my boys ears. My dogs love everyone they encounter there and we have always been extremely happy with your level of care and concern for our fur babies.

We ve known Dr. Hatcher for many, many years. He is undoubtly one of the best Vets around!!!! He cares for the animals like they were his own.
