The system was down when I went to pay, so I did not receive my final invoice until the next day via email. That is the reason for the N/A since it seems they did not have an opportunity to review my final bill with me. However, it was a great visit! My dog is a rescue pup with high anxiety and lots of baggage. I always appreciate the patience your staff has with her and recommend you to others any time I have the opportunity to brag about your staff. I believe we saw Dr. Mirmina for this last visit. She was great and instantly took the anxiety out of the appointment for my dog. The vet assistant (or whatever the correct title is) also had extreme patience in clipping my dog s nails before we left, which is always a stressful event for my pup. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to work with us!

My last visit was wonderful. Wish I could remember the name of the 2 ladies that took care of my kitties. Thank you for listening and explaining everything. Adelle

You guys always take care of us. We were there for awhile this time but they went over everything with me and gave me advice on possibly changing food to help with my boys ears. My dogs love everyone they encounter there and we have always been extremely happy with your level of care and concern for our fur babies.

We ve known Dr. Hatcher for many, many years. He is undoubtly one of the best Vets around!!!! He cares for the animals like they were his own.

Both times we ve been, there s been a rather long wait to be seen either in the room or via pager in the car even though we ve had an appointment. That being said, everyone is very nice and informative.

We would like to thank both Dr. Letarte and Josh for seeing our dog Liza Jane for an urgent care visit. Josh was excellent at relaying the information to Dr. Letarte and relaying information back to us. The front desk personnel do a great job also during these very difficult times. Thanks for great communication and care.

The entire staff was amazing! My pet improved significantly and was eating that night! I was thoroughly satisfied with the staff s knowledge and our treatment! I m from South Carolina and I m seriously considering transferring all of my pets care to this facility!

My frustration with Premier Vet is getting phone calls answered and returned. Sometimes when I even try to leave a message, the automated phone system doesn t give me that option.

Premier was my saving grace when a different vet continued to bill me for services that weren’t actually benefitting my pup. I will forever be thankful for them and will be switching who my good boy sees from now on.

My experience here was wonderful, but it would have been nice if the vet who did my dog’s surgery had talked to me when I came to pick her up. All the staff were wonderful though.

Great experience! Everyone is so friendly and helpful-I needed help with Gracie and Minnie in their carriers since I have a new hip and have to be careful lifting-one of the girls came out and brought them in and back to the car when they were finished-I really appreciated that!!

I was in and out in 45 minutes with a diagnosis and proper medicine! LOVED the vet and vet tech, both took their time with my Zuko to let him warm up to them.

I am glad to find a vet that actually cares and puts in effort to make both my dogs and me comfortable.

My dog and I have always been treated well at Premier. This visit was for a serious issue and they worked us in almost immediately. The news was not good, but they were clear on my options and sympathetic on choices I may have to make.

Charlotte did a great job with my dog. The parking lot needs re-striping.
