It was really nice and convenient to be able to drop my cat off so that she could be fit into the vets busy day. Immediately accommodating, the staff made time for my kitty on their day off for an emergency. Service with compassion like this is a rarity. Very appreciative of Dr Bais, her kindness and concern was warm and comforting.

I marked a 3 on easy of scheduling, but also understand the struggle of only have 1 vet. Emergencies come first. I have always received great care from Paws and Claws. Keep up the good work!

Staff is always incredibly kind and accommodating. We are more than pleased with how our dog is cared for.

When my dog had a health problem 2 weeks before a regular check-up, I called and asked to bring him in immediately. The well care visit was rescheduled to that very day of my request to get him in. I really appreciate all the ways the staff go out of their way to be helpful and mindful of convenience and costs. I have trusted this vet for many years and will continue to use the services they provide and also recommend my pet owner friends and the great service my dog and I always receive. You guys were amazing! I appreciated your understanding with me misplacing my care card and working with me so I could pay the bill. I also truly appreciated when you called the day after Dissick had an emergency since I called the emergency vet. You called the next morning and checked to make sure he was okay.
