Everyone on your staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating to us. We were terribly worried about our dog, Ruby, and you were kind and considerate of our feelings. Everyone was highly professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Bais is the best vet we have ever seen, and we have seen many over the years. She is smart, intuitive, caring and more. By explaining everything with us and giving us options, she helped us make a wise decision and was then able to SAVE Ruby s life for us. We appreciate very much Dr. Bais s consideration of our financial concerns. We will be forever grateful to this special woman. Dr. Bais s poetry book actually got me through some difficult days - I have read it many times over and will continue to do so. Thank you, everything for everything, all of you. It just took more than two months to be seen but I was very satisfied with the service. The doctor was running a bit late but considering that she takes time with each animal I can understand that.

Great experience for all. Check up was very thorough and comfortable for humans and per. Staff was friendly and patient. Glad to have a vet that’s close by, experienced and trustworthy. The only thing to note: for first time appointments, you will need to wait a few months to be seen..

Dr. Bias and staff have been wonderful in helping us with the addition of a second pet into our home. Our kitten ended up needing quite a bit of care. We were well informed and able to plan and care for both cats during this time. The one on one care is why we initially chose Paws and Claws.
