As always, Dr. Bais was very thorough in her examination of our dog. She ran necessary tests and X-rays, followed by a detailed explanation of any problems. She then discussed ways in which we could provide better health for our elderly dog. I could not ask for any better. Everybody was very congenial.

Veterinarian Bais is the best in my experience. Her and her staff has been most helpful in the care of my pet. I recommend Paws and Claws highly!

Appts with any Vet are a challenge at this time. Once there, I did not wait long and the care was great. My pet liked everyone-including the other patients. Paws & Claws was recommended to my by my previous boss-Lynette Krebs and was worth the wait to get an appt. I will be back.

As a new client, I was put on a waiting list, expecting it to be at least 3 or more weeks before I could get in. I got a call later that same day, that there was a cancellation for the next day, would I be interested in taking it. Needless to say I was thrilled!

We use an air purifier in our office that would also help with the cat pee smell in your waiting room. It also ozone’s as needed which really wipes out smells and kills viruses etc. it is called a Triad Aire and I can get you a discount of $200 if your interested. It works great in our office for the smells from the sewer plant across the street. Just thought I’d share the info. Let me know if you would like to know more.
