Dr. Bais and her staff are so bright and friendly. I feel I m getting the best treatment for my little Yorkie who is so precious to our family. Our emergency appt. was handled with care and quickness which was very stress relieving. Thank you Paws and Claws!

Appts with any Vet are a challenge at this time. Once there, I did not wait long and the care was great. My pet liked everyone-including the other patients. Paws & Claws was recommended to my by my previous boss-Lynette Krebs and was worth the wait to get an appt. I will be back.

As a new client, I was put on a waiting list, expecting it to be at least 3 or more weeks before I could get in. I got a call later that same day, that there was a cancellation for the next day, would I be interested in taking it. Needless to say I was thrilled!

We use an air purifier in our office that would also help with the cat pee smell in your waiting room. It also ozone’s as needed which really wipes out smells and kills viruses etc. it is called a Triad Aire and I can get you a discount of $200 if your interested. It works great in our office for the smells from the sewer plant across the street. Just thought I’d share the info. Let me know if you would like to know more.

A traveler Dr. was covering the day of our appointment. I was very impressed with her. She was caring and knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with the care but Samantha and I received on our first visit to your office. I knew immediately was I placing her health the right hands! It was so nice to have a calm, gentle cat come up and greet both Samantha and I! That was a pleasant surprise!

I was very grateful to get josie in. They worked with me and when there was a cancelation I got josie in. It was nice to see Dr. Bias she has always been so thorough and great with my dog.
