Had 2 visits this week for my dogs annuals. As always everyone at Wintrop vet is great. So very glad that my 3 dogs have Wintrop Vet.

So grateful for the care our family pets get at WVH, and how supportive and kind the staff are to both the humans and animals.

I was upset that ruckus had a wellness check, ears, teeth, heart beat and on my receipt it says he is over dew for a wellness check...I know that s not what I went in for but he got one... My chart should show he is not over due

Love everything about this Veterinary Hospital except when calling for an emergency, it s frustrating having to wait to speak with staff with the calling system that you have. One of my pet dog died before being seen.

Dr Sheridan was wonderful. She thoroughly checked out all my concerns and was very good with my very energetic pup!

The staff were all prompt, polite, professional and kind. Dr. Sheridan was the best that she could be, with the perfect balance of knowledge and empathy. She truly cares for her patients as she does the pet parents. Her compassion makes sad news easier to take.

The staff are always so kind and Dr. Bonte is excellent.

I had wonderful services with all the staff and my cat was also grateful for the fast and complete services you provided. She was a little put off to find out she was overweight by a pound. But promises to do better next year.Thank you and see you next year.

The only problem was that I received a text saying my dog missed her appointment and we had just left the office! This is the second time this happened.

I am very happy to be able to take my dog there. I am pleased with everything.

So nice that everyone likes my dog so much! After this appointment I just received a receipt for payment. I would like to get the sheet that shows the treatments/vaccinations and upcoming appointments as was given in the past.

We appreciate your willingness to help Lakeside by taking patients for x-rays, but the charges for two x-ray images were incredibly high. That was disappointing...

I was pleased with wait time being short. The tech was very helpful to look up costs so I could make a decision. She also gave me info to get rebate for apoquel. Dr. spent time I expect for my dog’s physical, answered questions and provided info. I also appreciated free nail trim for my dog while there.

We enjoyed our experience - The vet tech and vet were both very friendly , kind, and knowledgeable ! Thank you !
