Everything went real well everybody was friendly and they all took care of teddy as soon as possible and I m very happy to have them as my veterinary

You might update the text message reminders regarding mask and call ahead policies but other than that previous issues with staff seem to have been corrected. We love Doctor B

Dr. Bronte answered all of my questions and spent the time I needed to understand my dog s conditions. Really liked the manner both she and the assistant had with Leo.

Pricing was a little high but I m sure like everything else prices have increased. Would be great if you got some kind of a discount when bringing in two dogs even if it was half off a office visit or something. But as always wonderful doctors and staff!

We had an incredible experience! Rangely is very excited and happy to have a vet who cares for her so much.

Dr Bonte (spelling?) is just wonderful. She took so much time with us and I didn’t feel rushed, instead I could tell she focused on us until we were comfortable. It was only three weeks to be seen but even still I was nervous waiting that long for the new pup to be checked over. Probably just new puppy nerves though. Thanks!!!

I feel very fortunate that we have Dr. Marie Barengo as our Veterinarian. She is knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, patient, and I know she has our dog s health as her priority. I have faith in her judgement and expertise, and appreciate her clear and calm manner. The staff has been great, and the Vet Tech we had was fabulous. Very happy so far with everything at this practice!

When I called to make the appointment I told the receptionist that one of my dogs has fear/aggression and asked if there was a separate entrance I could bring him in. She told me it wouldn t be a problem and that there would be no one in the waiting room, we could bring him right on in to an exam room. When we arrived I called to say we were there and was told to come right on in. There were 2 clients at the receptionist desk, one of whom started walking our way as soon as we came in. My dog reacted right away to this situation and it took a while for him to calm down once we got into the exam room. The technician and the doctor dealt with his fear in a respective and professional way. For this reason I will be back. If getting him in/out of the facility continues to be a problem though I will need to consider going someplace else for dogs care.

Really excellent Vet Services offered -- I got in quickly, my giant breed dog was treated with friendly greetings and the kindest care. We got the medications we needed to help her deal with her condition and she is doing extremely well on those medications so far. Winthrop Vetinary service is really fantastic. I highly recommend!

We don t have to go to heaven to meet an angle...thier hiding in plain site at the WVH! My pups are my children and the staff treat my girls like their own.Without these guardian angles at Winthrop Vetranary hospital , our furry adopted children would be in a world of hurt.Winthrop Vetranary Hospital staff are our lil critters guardian angels!So releaved they are there for us,day and night,24/7!

I felt very comfortable about leaving Sophie with the staff they were very helpful and explained everything that was going to be done with Sophie.. I like the new system of going directly to a room from the parking lot. It avoids the waiting area with possibly multiple dogs that want to play or fight.
