Had an appointment at 8:30am for one car and 9am for the other cat. Sat in the exam room with the cats until someone came in at 9. Questions were answered, but the wait of a half hour was not fun.

We didn’t go over billing for a routine visit.

The love and health of our dog Archie is very important to us and the Winthrop Veterinary Hospital is second to none. The level of professional care and the proficiency of the staff and doctors is very assuring to us as pet owners. Our pets are considered part of our family and Winthrop Vets share that philosophy.

It is very difficult to get through to a real person. The answering machine cuts out, no one returns your call, I’ve tried texting to make an appointment and don’t hear back. You even had a service call me because my pet was overdue for an appointment and they couldn’t get through which explained why my dog was overdue for an appointment. I can’t get in touch with anyone. I had to stop in to make an appointment.

Everyone was so helpful, friendly and willing to answer my questions.

Upon entering the office staff were polite, friendly and efficient. We were roomed immediately which is very helpful for my 15yo dog. The tech came in and asked various questions and had many follow up clarifying questions. She communicated well with Dr. Borango (sp?). The doctor was compassionate and understanding of my geriatric dog s needs. She did not push extra tests in order to get the meds she was prescribed. I felt se listened very well.

We appreciate Dr Bennett and her staff and their attention to our dogs health.

Too many emails and text messages regarding the upcoming appt. Too aggressive with money and pricing. Threatening I am going to lose my deposit if I don’t pay a past due amount from your mistake. Lousy communication.

You folks are outstanding, wait time was nothing, all employees were friendly & helpful. Love these guys!!

I have been a client for many, many years. Dr. Gross was the doctor when we first started. Dr. Bonte is so wonderful. At times I have had to a different vet…like the day one of my cats was attacked by an osprey. The care has always been the best! I have had to have a few kitties euthanized through the years. The care and kindness is beyond wonderful. I could go on and on but I think you understand how I feel.
