I just wanted to say how nice it was to come to such a friendly welcoming veterinary facility. I recently had to have my 12 1/2 year old lab put to sleep at a different office that we didn t like but continued to go because that s where all his records were. The whole process of putting him to sleep was very insincere, cold, and cold-hearted. For such a traumatizing experience, the staff was very matter-of-fact. I just wanted you to know how much it means that I found a new vet who was so nice and friendly and so was your staff. Thank you.

Staff is great . I brought Minz in for her dental cleaning and that went fine. But I asked while she was under if her ears could be cleaned and her callus on both front paws to be cut or smoothed Down ,but neither was done. I do these at home but it would have saved her from some stress of me doing it at home. Everything else was great .

I drive 2 hours each way to take my dog to Winthrop Veterinary. I feel All the Dr are great Dr Sheridan is my pick for well care visits. Dr Bryant is a brilliant surgeon and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of animal care. Winthrop Veterinary is the BEST.

Please change the phone on hold message- it is unnerving to continually listen to the same speel over abs over. I was on hold for a long time. BTW. I did not go indoors so I cannot comment on the office status.

I was very please with my visit. I would of like to pick up some food but maybe next time. I know that with covit it is hard to get supplies. I ll check again when I start running low and maybe get it from you. The service was all excellent.

Having to find a new vet is stressful. We had moved in the last year to Maine from PA and were hoping that the new vet we found would be even half as good as our old vet. You guys blew me out of the water with how great you are with my dogs. Even our new puppy who hasn t really had much time in socialization yet and is rather scared of everything loves Dr. Marie. You have all exceeded our hopes and we re all thankful that we found you.

Hannah was seen on time and with loving care. The techs took her for shots, and when Dr. Bonte arrived, she was very calm and attentive to Hannah. I love this place!
