The entire experience was excellent. In these tough times Winthrop Vet made the appointment easy yet explanations were absolutely wonderful. I appreciate each and everyone of the employees that made this a great experience.

I m hoping you will keep the examination report card even after the Covid 19 pandemic. Its nice to have to refer to when both parents can t be at a visit. The staff are always amazing Thank you and stay healthy.

We were very impressed with the smooth flow and visible efficiency of the curbside service. Our sick, elderly dog was seen within 30 minutes of our phone call by a vet and tech who were both familiar with her. Information was exchanged completely and clearly, treatment plan was well formed and is working beyond expectation. You ve done better than take lemons and make lemonade .
