Moxie needs to be sedated in order to get her nails done. I asked them to shave her legs and they did not do it

Better instructions are needed that are individualized to the animal re. fasting and dose of medication before blood work is drawn. I have to come back for a second appointment because these instructions were not clear. My dog and I are frequent users of the clinic--both of us a very happy with every aspect of the clinic.
