Can t answer anything about the facilities, wasn t allowed in. I didn t like giving my credit card info over the phone, it is safe to allow people in to pay and get a receipt. I never got to see the vet once, I do appreciate Renee taking time to explain everything but shouldn t I have an opportunity to ask questions of the vet?

I don’t know if the facilities were clean as I couldn’t go inside. I wish parking was made clearer to promote social distancing. At one point someone parked right next to my car, while I was waiting in the car, thankfully they weren’t there long. Dr. Bonte was great.

I phoned repeatedly to let staff know we had arrived for Happy s appointment, getting a busy signal 8 or 9 times. Once answered and put on hold, my call took 7+ minutes to be answered. I sent in a written concern but it wasn t addressed. I know you re doing your best, but it wasn t the usual helpful visit.

Dr. Bonte shows great care and concern for my pet and I feel confident she is doing everything to ensure her health. My pet loves seeing her so in these times with the office visits being different due to COVID I feel comfort in knowing she is well cared for when she is in the office.

I have been coming to your office since 2004 and have always loved that fact that I almost feel like family. To this day dr bryant always greets me when he sees me. I will say the past few times when I ve called the front desk lady who must be relatively new, is not very friendly. She has given me attitude numerous times. This past time she didnt take the time to see that I was a regular customer and just wanted to send me to the emergency vet in lewiston. When arriving last Friday she snapped at me on the phone. I m just sadden by this because I reccomend your office because of the fabulous people and the care you give the animals and with that the time and care you give to the humans as well. I know times are definitely different I just dont want you to lose site of what makes you great. Thank you
