I appreciated the online appointment app and all the follow up reminders that the set appointment was confirmed.Front desk staff changes quite a bit but I ve always been treated well and in a timely manner. I am always pleased with the service from the check in staff to the Doctors and the Vet techs. They go the extra mile to make make sure our beloved pets are see as soon as possible and taken care of with a great deal of love and kindness. This past week was a difficult one for my sweet girl Annie, she was seen at the office 5 days in a row and twice it was without an appointment and she was seen promptly. Exceptional care was given by many folks but the ones I directly interacted with were Kayla, Dr Barengo and Dr Bryant. We’re grateful for the dedication of the team!

We waited for close to 20-25 minutes for the vet to come into the room once we were initially brought in there and the cats were weighed

Thank you for seeing us so quickly when we needed a kennel cough vaccine for boarding. Thanks especially to the new doctor who took the time to discuss with us Max s medical history in relation to this vaccine.

Dr Bonte was exceptionally kind to us at that very emotional time with our cat Bill and having to make an extremely difficult decision. We will ask for her with any appointments in the future for our other cat.
