The procedure made it easier for me to bring both dogs at the same time. Being older and having to use a cane I was thankful that someone came out to bring the dogs in individually. Thanks Dallas

We have been with this clinic since our dogs were 2 and they are now 8 We have had moments that we felt staff was not pleasant or even caring Today we felt everyone was working hard meeting all the questions and concerns in mist of Covid and doing a fabulous job We have a new appreciation of being with this clinic and did not feel all they wanted was our money and really felt they cared about the problems our dog was having and what we needed ty for a good visit

I loved the fact that Dr. Sheridan brought Gracie out herself and talked to me!

When I called to make an appt, it was a couple of months out for an availble time/date was available.

When I made the appointment for Louie I had concerns because he is very strong, and where you are located on such a busy road I was not super comfortable not being able to bring him in myself. The lady I had talked to assured me lots of dogs are like that but in a very rude manner. Then when we arrived for his appointment a petite vet tech came out to get him which was my fear. When they came back out from his appointment she had help from another tech because he was a lot for her to handle. The vet tech we had was great very friendly my dog is just strong and where the location is on a busy road that is my fear of my dog getting away from someone who is unable to handle him.

I m a nervous wreck about my lil baby dog and she seemed to have hurt herself suddenly and y all were able to see her right away and put my mind at ease

System seems to be working well, despite huge changes and challenges. The parking lot flowers are nice touches. Most staff is unflappably friendly and helpful, no matter how long or annoying their day may be.

They only part that was hard was not being able to go in with my pet.

Dr. Barengo is great!

I had a very sick dog who became critically ill over a 2 day period. The staff were all amazing- I can’t say enough great things from the techs who met me outside and brought my dog in to Dt Bennett- who I really felt cared deeply about my dog and my well being. All in all 3 days were spent at your facility along with one night at the emergency vets in Lewiston ( amazing caring staff there too). I have a happy healthy dog again!!!! Thank you more than words can say!!!!

Cannot comment on state of the facility as I did not go in The procedures for a visit are very clear and certainly address safety concerns for everyone. You are to be commended. Thank you

Well sitting in ur car for 50 minutes when it is 81 and the humidity is 72 was very hot. Don t think I had a dry spot on me by the time I left. We areba

I was concerned that all employees that I encountered were not masked.

I requested copies of Dr Bryant’s exam observations, lab results and Xrays to be emailed to me. Staff emailed the receipt instead. By the time this error was discovered- at another hospital where Seuss had to be taken for definitive care, the Winthrop office was closed, necessitating duplication of xrays and blood work and resulting in a delay of emergency surgery.

When proving a run down of what would be done during the visit, a price was not offered - it had to be requested. Also when presenting the bill the staff member didn t give the opportunity for questions. Which we had.

I answered #1 with 3 stars because there is a long wait to get an appointment for a physical. I answered #6 with N/A because I did not go into the facility because of COVID-19 changes.

Dr. Bennett (& Jess) provided excellent, personalized care even in the midst of all the new safety protocols. (Which make patrons feel very safe and not at all concerned about seeking veterinary care.) The extremely high quality of service is greatly appreciated!

I had a good visit to have my cats annual physical. However, I looked at his nails after the visit and I was very disappointed and concerned. It looks like a hack job. His nails are jagged, a few are split, and one was bloody. I understand he was probably nervous during the visit and squirmy, but some of his nails look like they were cut way too short to be safe. I do trim his nails regularly myself and have never had an issue or have them come out looking like this. What s done is done, but it does concern me when I m not able to come into the exam room and his nails come out looking so rough.
