I really appreciate that the docs take the time to personally call to report/provide feedback on an appointment. It’s especially helpful and comforting during these times when you’re prevented from accompanying your fur baby. I’ve always found the whole team to be very friendly and kind!

You folks are doing a great job!!! I am very content on how thinks are going. I think things are going great.

I love the vets and techs at Winthrop Vet. They handled my dog with care despite the fact that he was snappy due to his pain. They even said he was cute! LOL! I will note that I hold my breath a bit whenever I have to call WV. The staff who answer the phone may be a bit overworked. They are often a little short tempered. They cut you off when you are talking. You get the feeling that they don t want you to make an appointment. You have to specify that you are a current patient or they treat you like poo.

Your office is wonderful! Thank you for great service. I have noticed that someone answering the phones (I don t know her name) can sound a bit rude and condescending. Could have been a bad day for her... but I felt like she wasn t respecting my concerns about my pet.

The staff and Veterinarians are always helpful and professional.

It would b e helpful to have the vet explain terms used on a prescribed medicine that are not commonly known, i.e.PINNA.

I had to call Dr. Sheridan (friend) in order to be seen with my new dog. They wanted me to go to Lewiston or Freeport. I have been a client for 42 years and currently have 2 dogs who are patients. I don’t like to take advantage of a friend but making me travel that far was ridiculous. Fortunately they got me in that morning which I appreciate..

Dr. Sheridan is wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. The staff is terrific also.

I rated #3 a 1 because I never saw the person that examined my pet. I only received a report card like my children used to when they were in kindergarten. Knowing my pet has bad knees and the breed known for heart issues it would have been nice to have actually heard from the doctor. Especially since this office did my dog s knee surgeries and he hasn t walked right ever since and it s only getting worse. Sad part he is only 3 years old. I ll be lucky if he makes it to 10 with as lame as he is because of the surgeries.

The vet tech who came out to my car twice was great She made these ridiculous Covid protocols as pleasant as they could be

Couldn’t be more grateful for the compassion from your office in regards to our last visit with our dog.

Veterinarian Bennet explained the problem than the options with consequences related to healing the paw of our dog Emma. She than performed the surgery and returned our Emma quickly with provided medications to ease her through recovery. Great Job, thank you. Steve Pond/ stacy Fox

Dr Bennett is fabulous. We drive almost an hour to use your services. She is and has been very personable and makes us feel like our pet is most important at the times we have been to see her. Very well worth the trip for us and our pets. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Your phone person (Melisa) we found to be not a person as a retired business man I would have to answer the phone, twice when we called it was like we were putting you people out. the only way we could get our young pup in was to put him under my daughters name. Still miss the conversation with the doctor as the exam is done, but fully understand why you are taking precautions. This was an emergency needing immediate attention and we got that. However, having to book 2 months in advance for my puppy s first appointment seemed like a long delay.

The staff person who came for my cat was very kind and helpful. Dr.Bonte was very thorough with her report and gave me time to respond and took the time to make certain I understood and agreed with the plan.

Everything was perfect.
