Poppy received excellent care in her grooming. Although Poppy is older and has arthritic / pain issues and is on meds for such, I so appreciate the extra effort it takes to do her grooming. She came home happy and groomed nicely !!!

Our dog came in for a grooming. Always gets great care from Emily.

Everything was great. There was only one small thing wrong. I paid for a nail clipping and they clipped all but one nail. Other than that everything was fine. Thank you for taking good care of my girl Daisy!

Love Northpoint, I didn’t get to talk to anyone very much when I went to get her not their fault. She must not have pooped much because she pooped to big times as soon as she got home. I thought that was weird but I know she was safe and that’s wonderful. Will ask more ? at her check up later in the month.

First of all, the staff is absolutely wonderful. This is my first time being a dog owner on my own and they gave me amazing tips, information, and recommendations to keep my sweet dog healthy and happy! They also were very gentle and kind with our dog as well as our two kittens that we brought in all in the same visit. This is a very accommodating, friendly, loving office that I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Provider and staff are always so friendly and you all take such wonderful care of our pets when we come in! We had to wait 40 minutes to be seen, but completely understand that emergencies come up with other fur babies.
