This was my first experience with NorthPoint, and I was exceedingly impressed! Dr. Betzelberger and her vet tech Molly were both absolutely amazing. They truly listened to my lengthy concerns regarding my dog Charlie. They were exceedingly patient and compassionate with Charlie and myself. The facility was spotless and the front staff were very friendly and inviting. NorthPoint exceeds a 5 star rating! There aren’t enough stars to describe this place!

We live in Alabama most of the time but spend 2-3 days per week in Tennessee for work, we are very happy to find a place that we can bring Scooter (our dog) for treatment when we need it. Northpoint is our Tennessee vet!

Everyone at this facility is so sweet and helpful! We had our cat Phillip neutered, and everything was transparent; they answered all of our questions and provided a reasonable price as well! I will never take him anywhere else as I trust everyone so much. Thank you for everything you guys do!

It is a busy practice but over all I think run very well and good customer service, almost to much. I do not require a reminder text call and email for an appointment I made and sometimes calling is is a challenge with either being cut off or put on hold forever. I understand this is a difficult thing to remedy when you are as busy as yall are.

I thought I had paid for all of my boarding in March, but when I picked up my dogs from grooming, there was a balance I wasn’t aware of.

It’s Tina Corley. I can’t say enough about dr sally. She is so kind and caring and makes me feel like my dog is the only one! She’s never rushed and always offers top notch care, even sending me elsewhere if need be. Because of her, my diabetic Squirt had his vision restored by Veterinary Ophthalmology Services. I’m just so grateful for her.... and to all of the vets at Northpoint ... as well as the front desk ladies ... what can I say... y’all are the best. I’d never go anywhere else and I always refer people! If you love pet, you go to northpoint. :)
