Everything was great. We ( my dog and I ) had a about a 30 minute wait outside before being allowed to come into the office. Although, we arrived about 10 minutes early before our scheduled appointment. I was a little concerned because it was warm that day and he didn’t care to much for the heat. We sat in the shade and a little while later we were taken inside. All things concerned, we love the staff and facility and we will be back. We are Very happy to be part of the NorthPoint Animal Hospital family ! !

My dog was ill and I was seen same day as I called. So happy for my dog to be taken care of by caring people. I had to stay outside buy talked on the phone with Dr.Schmidt. She answered all my questions and my dog came out not shaking so I know they treated well. Thankfull I went there.

I love everything about NorthPoint, Dr. Sally and the entire staff is so Awesome! They explain everything they need to do, Dr. Sally gets down in the floor with our Lulu and explains everything so we understand what’s going on. They all care about our family members, very compassionate people. NorthPoint is the only place I will take my fur babies ??
