Absolutely fantastic facility! The facility is spacious from waiting area to grooming and boarding. The staff here, are compassionate, and friendly. It’s boarding area and grooming area are remarkably clean. Dr. Kristen and Dr. Sally....what a team! If you truly love your fur babies, this IS the place to go!

I always went to Cascade Vet in Wartrace, and it just so happened that they couldn’t see me until July 3rd to get my cat spayed, so i just took a shot in the dark and called here. I’m so pleased I did and will continue to come back here, I will recommend this vet to anyone with pet needs!

Everything was great. We ( my dog and I ) had a about a 30 minute wait outside before being allowed to come into the office. Although, we arrived about 10 minutes early before our scheduled appointment. I was a little concerned because it was warm that day and he didn’t care to much for the heat. We sat in the shade and a little while later we were taken inside. All things concerned, we love the staff and facility and we will be back. We are Very happy to be part of the NorthPoint Animal Hospital family ! !

My dog was ill and I was seen same day as I called. So happy for my dog to be taken care of by caring people. I had to stay outside buy talked on the phone with Dr.Schmidt. She answered all my questions and my dog came out not shaking so I know they treated well. Thankfull I went there.
