It is a busy practice but over all I think run very well and good customer service, almost to much. I do not require a reminder text call and email for an appointment I made and sometimes calling is is a challenge with either being cut off or put on hold forever. I understand this is a difficult thing to remedy when you are as busy as yall are.

I thought I had paid for all of my boarding in March, but when I picked up my dogs from grooming, there was a balance I wasn’t aware of.

It has always been a great experience here. Dr Sally is the best.

I was a first time visit for me We felt welcome there And they cared about my dogs wait time time through any allergies he might have to vaccinations Which was very carting

It’s Tina Corley. I can’t say enough about dr sally. She is so kind and caring and makes me feel like my dog is the only one! She’s never rushed and always offers top notch care, even sending me elsewhere if need be. Because of her, my diabetic Squirt had his vision restored by Veterinary Ophthalmology Services. I’m just so grateful for her.... and to all of the vets at Northpoint ... as well as the front desk ladies ... what can I say... y’all are the best. I’d never go anywhere else and I always refer people! If you love pet, you go to northpoint. :)

I am so happy that I decided to take my pet care to you guys at North Point. It was such a wonderful experience and I was surprised and thankful when the vet discovered that my Louie had a slight ear infection. My other vet and groomer had not caught this and now because of North Point s awesome service and Vets that work there, my Louie is getting the care he needs, thank you so much!

She’s always looking out for the best solution to help out pets and goes up and beyond any Vet I’ve ever known. We won’t go anywhere else! Wonderful and caring staff! My fur babies are very important to me and I was very comfortable leaving them with staff for dental cleaning. Highly recommend this business and will be back with my cats in the near future!
