I quite love Northpoint and it’s staff. Great office. Fair prices. They work with the needs of the animal and have compassion for the owner.

Wish the heart worm pills were in stock. But will pick up and give myself when I bring the other two cats later this month.

I think Northpoint is an excellent facility both in professional staff and the facility itself.

Just know that if I drive an hour so Sally can care for Lilly, everything is perfect. Thank you.

We were in for grooming. As usual everything went GREAT. Thank You Emily.

I would have liked to know that the grooming fees have increased. I think $60 for a small pet is a little much so hopefully I find someone cheaper before next visit.

I was very impressed with the organization of your clinic. There was a continual flow of clients with their various pets and it appeared to me that every one was taken care of quickly and effectively, I presume. I know I was satisfied with the care of my 2 dogs and 1 cat. Thank you. Jo Corrigan

Normally our girls are finished very early, and this visit we were not called until the end of the day, which is not a problem, just not the norm. Perhaps you all were over booked or did we come on the wrong day? We will continue to use your facility - best around!

We boarded my dog at Northpoint. The facility was clean and the staff was wonderful! They were kind and attentive to my elderly dog Blue. I was really pleased with the service.

There is no other place that we would trust with the care of our fur babies!

I could not ask for better Vets or staff to care for my GSD. He has reactivity issues, is extremely difficult to deal with but he is treated with so much care and compassion when I bring him in. I am so thankful for this practice!!
