I just recently moved to Tennessee and was anxious to find a great place to take my dog. I was so excited to meet Dr. Megan she was awesome and her asst. Kerrigan was also exceptional. I find your staff and services first rate in the times i have came in for help you and your staff were able to restore my pets heath on Friday 10-22-2021 , putty was not his self and you were able once agin help him. Its Monday 10-25-2021 and putty is possible back to 75% of his heath from just waking in circle s as he did and his eyes seem to be back to nomal i belive he is going to be back to his old self in no time. Sunday he went out side for a short time and this moring he was able to jump back up to his nomial place. Bozzel has been doing find and between you and my vet help him make a 100% recover. If not for the week you spent treating him each day and me picking him up each night and bring him back each day I don t believe he would have been with us. I give you 5 stars and have recommend you to those visiting the business with when they building there aircraft in case your service are call for as your only 2 miles or so from the airport Thanks

I am always very pleased with my entire experience at Northpoint Animal Hospital! They were able to get my dog Bowser in at the last minute because he wasn t doing well even though I didn t have an appointment. My wait time was minimal and I feel like the Dr. and techs actually care about him and gave us all the time needed to address his situation. I am so thankful to everyone at Northpoint for their professionalism and kindness. I m so glad I discovered them and will always be bringing my pets back in the future!

Staff cares for pets as if they were their own pets. They show this intetest by talking kindly to the owner and calling the animal by their name.

This was my first experience with NorthPoint, and I was exceedingly impressed! Dr. Betzelberger and her vet tech Molly were both absolutely amazing. They truly listened to my lengthy concerns regarding my dog Charlie. They were exceedingly patient and compassionate with Charlie and myself. The facility was spotless and the front staff were very friendly and inviting. NorthPoint exceeds a 5 star rating! There aren’t enough stars to describe this place!
