Always a pleasant experience

Our little dog was bitten by another dog and required several stitches. North Point took her in and treated her even though she isn’t one of their regular patients. They were very professional and took care of her right away. She is healing well and we are very grateful.

This is by far the best vet I’ve ever been to. Vet visits have always been so stressful for me and my 10 year old dog because he gets anxious around other dogs. Being able to wait in the car until a room is ready for us makes it so much easier. Also, being able to get a quote on the expected cost and it actually be very close to the actual cost is so helpful in planning our visit. The staff and doctors are incredible as well.

For some time now, Dr. Wilhelm has been looking after our Shar Pei, Sophie. She s always been thorough and takes the time to hear my concerns, answer all of my questions and explain in detail every procedure she performs or recommends. I m certain Sophie is getting the best possible treatment.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The only wait had was on my dog blood work near a hour, but it was very well worth it. The doctor gave me great news and she was very nice and very knowledgeable. My dog dog gave a very wrong diagnosis. So I decide to make Northpoint both my dogs place for medical care. Thank you for everthing you done so far.
