Amanda in grooming is top notice. I have a 14+ year old dog. She is able to calm him, by talking & stroking him. She is enthusiastic and it is obvious she loves her job. So refreshing to deal with such a joyful person.

For some time now, Dr. Wilhelm has been looking after our Shar Pei, Sophie. She s always been thorough and takes the time to hear my concerns, answer all of my questions and explain in detail every procedure she performs or recommends. I m certain Sophie is getting the best possible treatment.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The only wait had was on my dog blood work near a hour, but it was very well worth it. The doctor gave me great news and she was very nice and very knowledgeable. My dog dog gave a very wrong diagnosis. So I decide to make Northpoint both my dogs place for medical care. Thank you for everthing you done so far.

100 percent went over and beyond to take care of George from checkin to vetenarian care even though George is NOT the easiest client. We appreciate so much having this facility! Thanks so, Tim and Patti gray and George.

Dr Sally is the absolute best veterinarian I have had since moving back to the area! She is very well versed in veterinary medicine, excellent diagnostician, takes time and never makes you feel rushed, and is extremely kind and loving to your animals. So grateful to have a veterinarian clinic like North Point in Shelbyville. The facility is immaculate.and the staff is always friendly. Most important to me is Dr. Sally and her genuine interest and care for the wellbeing of my fur babies.
