We love North Point... From the greetings at the front to going back to intake room where there was Courtney, is absolutely amazing, her bedside manner at the end was absolutely amazing. Then the sweet lady that take me my shot was awesome I am terrified of shots but she made it so easy and I didn t even feel it.

Everyone at the clinic are very helpful and polite people. Love being my 2 dogs into this place. They are all so sweet!!

We absolutely loved Dr Reilly . She was so amazing with Maui and she didn’t make us feel like he was a problem and she actually listened to us. When we book in the future I will request Dr Reilly.

The staff and doctors are amazing

The staff is wonderful. My dog is not friendly with other dogs and they make sure it is all clear to bring mine in and straight to a room so we avoid conflict with other dogs. I do wish prices were a bit better on some things such as prescriptions and few other procedures. It can get very expensive to keep a pet healthy with prices as they are.

Our appointment was at 8 am. We arrived about 15 mins early. There only one or two people there. However very quickly several more showed up after us. I was confused as to when there appointments were because all of them were called back as soon as they arrived before us. I asked one of the employees how that could happen. All of them could not have had appointments before me. I didnt get an answer but was called back pretty soon after I spoke up. I have been a loyal customer for years with several dogs spending a lot of money. Not upset but just wondering.

Always a pleasant experience

Our little dog was bitten by another dog and required several stitches. North Point took her in and treated her even though she isn’t one of their regular patients. They were very professional and took care of her right away. She is healing well and we are very grateful.
