Everyone was helpful and caring Except the young lady at the front desk who told me 3 different prices for the bill and was trying to get me to buy the semperica trio pills when I wanted advantage multi drops. By this time I was getting frustrated. If this had been our first visit, I would not have returned.

I’ve been to many a vet over the decades. Northpoint Animal Hospital is my #1. They work with the needs of my deaf and partially blind Aussie to assuage her anxiety and mine. The care of my other two dogs and two cats is also exemplary. I don’t have a favorite vet. I just have a favorite veterinary practice.

Dr. Wilhelm is ALWAYS so caring and very thorough in her explanation of Jake s injury and possible surgery. We LOVE and also Sissy and Jake LOVE all 3 vets and the staff??

The staff is wonderful, and Dr Wilhelm is great. Always explains everything and spends as much time as needed with you and your furry baby.

I greatly appreciated the vet tech that saw Daisy and Bonnie on Thursday. She was so great and sat with them for a good while before doing anything, which made a big difference for our girls. They are not great with strangers and she did a lovely job befriending our shy girls.

They took care of my kitty hocus so well. Thank you!
