North point docs are the best docs I’ve experienced working with. They take great pride in the care they give my dogs. Love each and every one of them!!!

The veterinarians and the staff are very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend them to anyone with pets.

It was busy in the Office due to Being the day before the holiday, but The team at the front desk kept checking in with me and made sure to share the reasons behind the wait time. They didnt have to do that, but doing so was very nice and informative and honestly I feel like other people waiting felt the same way. And The techs took time to give my boy some petting on their way through so of course he was happy. Northpoint continues to always have the best folks and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. The only issue was waiting on parking, but a late afternoon appointment the day before a holiday- totally understandable! And I was able to get a spot and still be inside well before my appointment time.

Dr. Sally is always a pleasure. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean. I know for certain every Vet loves animals and strives to deliver the best care possible at affordable prices. Good job!

Everyone was helpful and caring Except the young lady at the front desk who told me 3 different prices for the bill and was trying to get me to buy the semperica trio pills when I wanted advantage multi drops. By this time I was getting frustrated. If this had been our first visit, I would not have returned.

I’ve been to many a vet over the decades. Northpoint Animal Hospital is my #1. They work with the needs of my deaf and partially blind Aussie to assuage her anxiety and mine. The care of my other two dogs and two cats is also exemplary. I don’t have a favorite vet. I just have a favorite veterinary practice.
