Dr Sally is the absolute best veterinarian I have had since moving back to the area! She is very well versed in veterinary medicine, excellent diagnostician, takes time and never makes you feel rushed, and is extremely kind and loving to your animals. This is truly Dr. Sally’s calling because of how naturally it comes to her and how kind and patient she is. ??

So grateful to have a veterinarian clinic like North Point in Shelbyville. The facility is immaculate.and the staff is always friendly. Most important to me is Dr. Sally and her genuine interest and care for the wellbeing of my fur babies. Our appointment was absolutely wonderful. From the beginning of walking in the door with Beanie until leaving with her I don’t think her visit could have been better. The care she received and the concern you gave her was first class. You treated me with respect and made sure that I was included in the care plan for her. We recommend Northpoint Animal Hospital to everyone. Thank you all for loving our little girl.

Everyone was SO kind! This was my first time at Northpoint and I will be swapping over with both of my dogs! Thank you all for being so kind!

I would like to suggest bathing availability, possibly under sedation if needed. I am a dog person and know more about dogs. Would appreciate any suggestions on being good with cats. Make sure they’re happy, especially multi cat households. Thank you!

The entire staff are always nice and caring and treat each person like family. You can tell they love all the little critters.
