The vet is always so calming in a time of panic for me and my dog, months ago she had an incident and injured her tail, the staff at Northpoint was quick to offer professional advice and help her get pain management and antibiotics while we tried to heal at home. when my dog got out of her cast and chewed through the end of her tail, they brought her in on an emergency basis and had her taken care of her asap. I am always pleased with the promptness and quality of care when we visit Northpoint. I lived in Shelbyville when I rescued Hendrix as a puppy 4 years ago, and even though I moved to Nashville I still bring her the 90 minute drive because it’s worth it to bring her where she is comfortable and treated like my loved one, rather than just another transaction. Northpoint is consistently great and I’m thankful to them. <3

It was busy in the Office due to Being the day before the holiday, but The team at the front desk kept checking in with me and made sure to share the reasons behind the wait time. They didnt have to do that, but doing so was very nice and informative and honestly I feel like other people waiting felt the same way. And The techs took time to give my boy some petting on their way through so of course he was happy. Northpoint continues to always have the best folks and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. The only issue was waiting on parking, but a late afternoon appointment the day before a holiday- totally understandable! And I was able to get a spot and still be inside well before my appointment time.

Dr. Sally is always a pleasure. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean. I know for certain every Vet loves animals and strives to deliver the best care possible at affordable prices. Good job!
