It was so reassuring to have a doctor spend a lot of time explaining complicated surgery. It is worth the time it takes to drive from Marshall county. I’m happy to have a new doctor for my fur baby .

Our appointment was absolutely wonderful. From the beginning of walking in the door with Beanie until leaving with her I don’t think her visit could have been better. The care she received and the concern you gave her was first class. You treated me with respect and made sure that I was included in the care plan for her. Everyone was SO kind! This was my first time at Northpoint and I will be swapping over with both of my dogs! Thank you all for being so kind!

I would like to suggest bathing availability, possibly under sedation if needed. I am a dog person and know more about dogs. Would appreciate any suggestions on being good with cats. Make sure they’re happy, especially multi cat households. Thank you!

The entire staff are always nice and caring and treat each person like family. You can tell they love all the little critters.
