I love bringing Beanie to Northpoint Animal Hospital. I have to wait until we are ready to walk out the door that she is going to see the doctor because if I tell her when I make the appointment she will drive me crazy with her running back and forth to the door. She gets really excited which makes me happy. Thank you all

From scheduling appt by Amanda, Denae, Dr. Sallie and Vet assistant during visit whom all provided excellent service. The kindness professionalism and attention to our needs for April our 11 year young German Shepherd was the very best. This staff is consistent for years and always rise above and beyond service. Highly recommended. If I could provide more than 5 stars I would. Thank you NorthPoint Animal Hospital.

I am so grateful for Doctor Sally and her team to help our sweet Saturn through such a trauma with his leg. They went to work quick and swiftly for us and I couldn’t have asked for an easier experience with such a shocking thing to go through with him. I cannot believe how well they did with both me and my sweet kitty and working in healthcare myself this was a refreshing experience even though the type of surgery he had to go through

The receptionists greet my dogs by name when they come in. They make us and them feel so welcome. Our English Bulldog gets so excited when we he realizes where we are. 10/10 recommend

The timing is always good. I was told there was a staff shortage and that could not be helped. I had a great visit. It is always obvious the Vets and owners put a lot of thought into this business. Appreciate everyone. Donna was so sweet and I m glad she made everyone feel better.

I researched and visited three other veterinary hospitals, and a brief overview of their facility, also, to the medical care that they provided within their own facility. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and smiling with prompt service. Procedures are clearly explained and options with approximate prices are given so you are able to make a choice. All staff provide the kindest care to your pet. Over the years, I have used many veterinarians and I would have to rate Northpoint as the best.

It’s always a joy to come to a clean well managed facility. The staff is always friendly and concerned about our pets as well. The doctors are not only top notched but they actually really care about what’s best for our pets and are amazingly kind and gentle. I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic and staff.
