Everything at the office was wonderful. I felt listened to and the staff were really great. The only note I would give would be when trying to contact the office, it was difficult to get a phone call through. There was about 15 minutes of complete busy tone on the phone line before I could get through. I am not sure if there is a way to set up, some kind of call waiting like human doctors offices have. That is my only suggestion. Thank you for being so wonderful.

I really appreciate the care given to my dog, Scrappy! I was so worried about the operation and the staff gave me extra assurance he would be fine. The surgery went better than my expectations, and the medical fees were very fair. You are an excellent veterinarian clinic and I look forward to using your services again!

The staff was so nice and our new puppy Roxie was treated and spoiled! Dr Phillips answered all our questions and was very patient and kind and explained everything. The price was great too and it sure helps on a fixed income. So glad this clinic was recommended to us.

Dr Phillips is the BEST! He has been our vet for 20 years!! First visit at this location and was impressed with staff. I had a emergency visit and even with being a “walk in” I didn’t have a long wait. Can’t say enough great things about this Vets office??

Did not received my pills that I was suppose to get. Drove back to the clinic to pick up my pills. When I got to the car. The girl at desk had given me the wrong weight for my dog. Its a good thing I caught that before driving home again.
