Always a great experience. I have been bringing my pets here for 30 + years when it was Dr Dutton. Dr Phillips is usually who I see and he is always awesome. The entire staff is awesome, you can tell they all care. I would not take my babies anywhere else

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Scrappy was well taken care of, and as usual, I am very appreciative!

On line appointment system needs work. When I made my appointment, I put in remarks that I wanted to see Dr Phillips who I had seen previously. When I arrived I was told that that was his day off and no one notified me of this. If I had known I would have changed my appointment day. They offered a reschedule but I live so far away that was not an option for me.

Absolutely love the care our animals receive there! Everyone has always been friendly! Dr.Phillips is our favorite! Only dislike is our dog being taken out of the room for their exam instead of with us present, which didn’t used to happen when we first started coming there.

Lucy struggles in new surroundings but Dr Phillips got down on her level and spoke and handled her gently. She became calm and stared at him when he spoke. Dr Phillips seems to understand puppy language. I am very pleased.

Everyone was great. The service was great, as always. I don’t know how you found so many good people to staff one business.??

I had an appointment scheduled for 4pm on a Monday. When walking into the office at 3:50 and there was a woman struggling with her payment method. At 4pm, my dog was becoming impatient so we had a seat, I was finally checked in around 4:15 and told there wasn’t an available exam room. We continued to wait about another ten minutes to be seen. The biggest problem with the new building is the setup of the waiting room, there is not a sufficient amount of space for a line between the door and window, this could be solved if you had two front desk employees, one to check in, and one to check out. Billing information should be saved to make checkout a quicker process, or should be offered before leaving the exam room, especially for antsy pets. I love the veterinarians here, but may have to change vets if the waiting room situation is not fixed as this makes going to the vet a large headache.

Very happy with the facility, doctor, and the staff. They gave all the time we needed.

I dont understand why my pet is always take away from exam room for routine vaccinatons. I would prefer it were done while I am present.

Staff is always friendly, professional, and caring. Dr. Phillips and Dr. McMaine are so thorough and explain my dog’s care in terms that I can understand clearly. Can’t say enough good things about Anderson Animal Hospital!

I moved my babies from another clinic to Anderson and have never regretted it they are excellent and grieve with me when I grieve and rejoice when I rejoice.
