Some of ur helpers in the back ...that come out a. It s dogs ...needs to be trained how to take there leashes.....an that u can t just pull them ....to where u need them to go....that upsets some dogs ...an owners

I appreciate that when I call the staff is able to identify my pets almost immediately - I am guessing you got a new software system? That is pretty cool. On the other hand, lately it has been really hard to 1. get through to the office 2. When I do get through there is sometimes a long wait time. - the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have been using your practice for many years now and I am not sure what has caused this change. I do appreciate the quick medication refills over the phone, as well as your staff recently getting a urine collection packet ready for me to pick up without having to get an appointment first. However, when I arrived to pick it up there was a line of about 4 patients waiting to check out and one person doing their best to check everyone out. I have never experienced such a long wait at your office before. I know you have a busy practice - and I appreciate the time, kindness and care your practice has always provided. I hope that as it grows you are able to maintain that atmosphere. Thank you!

We are thoroughly pleased with the care our dog has received from Dr. Phillips and his staff. They are truly second to none. There is no doubt that he genuinely cares about his patients. We plan to switch to Dr. Phillips permanently and use him for all of our veterinary needs in the future.

I don’t like not having the dog examined in front of me. I had been going to the same vet in lexington since 1985(same building, 3 different vets, no problem) and tried to switch closer to home. Im switching back. My border collie is protective and does a lot better if one of us can be there. It’s not because “he’s bad” as I was told. He is as worried about what’s happening to us in the next room as he is what’s happening to him. I muzzle him every visit because he growls. He has never bitten. I just think things go better if we can be with him. Thank you, this is just not the place for us.

When I came in with my dog, Ruthie, it was an emergency as she had broken her leg. The staff was very professional and everything was explained so I understood what was going on and what my options for treatment were. My dog was very well taken care of.

The only concern I had was not being informed when I called to price services and make an appointment that a fecal test is done and the price of the lab work for it. Needless to say, I did not have the proper amount of cash with me at the time of visit. Had to remainder of bill on my card.

Our dog needs to also loose weight. I think it would have been good to type that on the report so we would remember better what he should not have to eat and what are good substitutions that he would enjoy but would be healthier. Thank you.
