Only thing that I was disappointed in was them taking my cat to a different room to do her exam and shots instead of doing all that in front of me...not thinking of how it would affect my cat. I did not like that at all.

I don t understand why my dog received her shots when she was taken back for an exam? I d rather be next to my dogs when they get their shots or any medication.

Some of ur helpers in the back ...that come out a. It s dogs ...needs to be trained how to take there leashes.....an that u can t just pull them ....to where u need them to go....that upsets some dogs ...an owners

I appreciate that when I call the staff is able to identify my pets almost immediately - I am guessing you got a new software system? That is pretty cool. On the other hand, lately it has been really hard to 1. get through to the office 2. When I do get through there is sometimes a long wait time. - the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have been using your practice for many years now and I am not sure what has caused this change. I do appreciate the quick medication refills over the phone, as well as your staff recently getting a urine collection packet ready for me to pick up without having to get an appointment first. However, when I arrived to pick it up there was a line of about 4 patients waiting to check out and one person doing their best to check everyone out. I have never experienced such a long wait at your office before. I know you have a busy practice - and I appreciate the time, kindness and care your practice has always provided. I hope that as it grows you are able to maintain that atmosphere. Thank you!

The care was as always, very good. The vet did fail to call us after our dog s surgery to tell us how it went, but overall, the care, cost and compassion were excellent.
