Did not received my pills that I was suppose to get. Drove back to the clinic to pick up my pills. When I got to the car. The girl at desk had given me the wrong weight for my dog. Its a good thing I caught that before driving home again.

The staff and the doctors have always treated my animals with care. Dr Phillips and Dr MCMaine are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend both of them.

Only thing that I was disappointed in was them taking my cat to a different room to do her exam and shots instead of doing all that in front of me...not thinking of how it would affect my cat. I did not like that at all.

I don t understand why my dog received her shots when she was taken back for an exam? I d rather be next to my dogs when they get their shots or any medication.
