The receptionist that checked us out charged me twice because she didn’t believe I completed the transaction the first time I ran my card. I told her it went through the entire process, and I received the approved message. She insisted that it didn’t go through and insisted that she run it again. Now I have two identical charges. I called back Tuesday afternoon (after confirming the two chargers were there through my bank), only to find out that the one person who handles billing issues was gone and wouldn’t be back until Thursday morning. While I am happy with the veterinary side of this visit, I am very unhappy about the billing/financial side of this visit.

I was very grateful for the doctor and staff taking such a good care of my 11 year old mutt ! The best mutt lol thank you all for your caring !

Gabrielle is always so good with my dog. He anticipates her when we arrive and she always goes the extra mile when taking care of him. The staff are all so nice and helpful. I wouldn t take my dog anywhere else.

This was our first visit to your clinic. I found it to be very pleasant inside with very friendly staff. We, Sadee and I, got in, seen, and had Sadee s checkup shots and dewormer ready and done and was out in no time. Very nice facility and staff. Thank you AAH I think we found a new home.

This was my dog s first appointment after I had transferred records from my previous vet. Dr. Lynne McMaine and other staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and my dog s ear infection is healing well. I couldn t be more pleased with Anderson Animal Hospital!

I d prefer my pet be examined in the exam room with me rather than being taken away. I was overcharged at the last visit but I believe it will be fixed when I notify you.

Scale was hard weigh your dog. Too close to the wall. Employees were nice and love Dr. Phillps

I have never had a vet visit with any animal where my pet was removed from the examination room except briefly for weighing. I was very uncomfortable with that. My appointment was at 11:30 and I arrived about 11:10. After checking in we were immediately put in a room but was not seen by the veterinarian until after noon. No real explanation and we never finished with my list of things to check on my kitty.

This wonderful staff worked Bree {Our dog} in for an appt a day early due to bad weather coming the next day. Thanks again so much. WE love you all...so does Bree!

Review the post surgery needs of spaying a cat. We were told 48 hours indoors and when we were ready to leave the tech said 1 week. For an outdoor cat on land a BIG difference in where and how to keep her comfortable

Dr Phillips is fantastic! Prices have gone up, but I guess that is true of everything.

The staff here is super! I had a sad and happy experience and they were all so comforting and supportive due both visits. I would recommend them to anyone.

I misremembered the appointment time and was 45 minutes late. They saw me anyway and spent time adequately discussing my dog’s health. Everyone was incredibly polite and welcoming. I’m so glad I found this veterinary clinic!
