Just Love this Office Doctors and staff

I was apprehensive about Hanks visit because of his last visit at another clinic. He and Dolly( our other cat who has always had anxiety at the vet) both did excellent on their first visit. I will recommend this office. ??

I would be more comfortable in my pet was seen in the room with us instead of him/her being taken in the back. This is the first vet office that this has occurred.

Thank you for taking care of my baby Sophie. She’s recovering very well from her dental procedure.

The receptionist that checked us out charged me twice because she didn’t believe I completed the transaction the first time I ran my card. I told her it went through the entire process, and I received the approved message. She insisted that it didn’t go through and insisted that she run it again. Now I have two identical charges. I called back Tuesday afternoon (after confirming the two chargers were there through my bank), only to find out that the one person who handles billing issues was gone and wouldn’t be back until Thursday morning. While I am happy with the veterinary side of this visit, I am very unhappy about the billing/financial side of this visit.

I was very grateful for the doctor and staff taking such a good care of my 11 year old mutt ! The best mutt lol thank you all for your caring !
