The team at AAH are just about some of the nicest people I’ve come into contact with since moving to KY. Very helpful and polite, absolutely amazing with my dogs! I can’t speak highly enough about the team there ?? Thank you for all that you do for our community.

Waiting time was disappointing. My dog is an older rescue and the confined exam room for such a long time(appt was 3:15- we were seen approximately 4:25) was hard. When I made a phone call to the front desk, both Amy and Carlotta were gracious to explain there had been emergencies that took precedence. Once this was communicated, I understood. I would have liked the heads up earlier to reschedule. In the end, Dr Phillips, was excellent and took the time to answer all my questions. It did make me a little nervous not to go back with my dog for the exam, but all in all, the staff were kind and I plan to return.

Front desk staff had very little knowledge about veterinary medicine over the phone and hold times were ridiculous. Flow of the clinic was chaotic. Vet was extremely kind and friendly. Very hard to get someone on the phone.

I was apprehensive about Hanks visit because of his last visit at another clinic. He and Dolly( our other cat who has always had anxiety at the vet) both did excellent on their first visit. I will recommend this office. ??
