Once I was seen I felt rushed by the vet and had to ask to see them again to get my questions answered. The vet tech and reception staff were patient and super helpful to the best of their abilities.

My only issue was I didn’t get to see/talk with dr Singh himself But I understand, it’s not always necessary and he has lots to do! Birch Dan animal hospital has been great to my pets and I intend to stay here forever!

Dr. Singh is a very knowledgeable vet who truly cares about all his patients. His staff delivers customer service excellence. Highly recommend Birch Dan Animal Hospital to anyone looking for reasonable vet care services with top notch vet treatment!! Dr. Singh is also a highly experienced surgeon who carried out a complex and lengthy Lipoma removal surgery last September for our 11 years old Black Lab. Happy to report our fur baby fully recovered soon after and the post-op care was amazing. Only regret I have is that I did not discover Dr. Singh years ago. Truly a remarkable vet that found his calling with staff that share the same passion and care. Thank you for all you do for our pets.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have been taking my cat to this hospital for about 11 or 12 years and I have never had a problem with the staff.

I didn t receive any explanation of the billing procedure, or of what services I paid for. I was surprised that the staff didn t discuss with me what vaccines were recommended at the visit, they just administered them without even asking me. I would have liked a bit more information, since this was my first visit.

Birch Dan is our favourite vet clinic. We ve always been happy with their service. They always make sure to be clear and take time answering questions. It really feels like they care about your pets.

The vet kept trying to sell me stuff I didn t need. Pretty sad when you can t trust them!

You have a huge expanse of bare wall around the TV, so why are there no coat hooks? We re in CANADA, it s COLD, and everybody is wearing a COAT!

The staff were very helpful with my extremely difficult to handle cat. Suggested helpful ways to get her in the carrier as she bites. Stressful but successful.

Never been to to vets office where they couldn’t muzzle a 10lb dog to give a haircut. Had to pick up my dog within 10 minutes. My dog has separation anxiety and since being a vet you would think you know how to handle any behaviour. Took him to pet value and they cut his hair. You need to understand behaviour to let the dog warm up can’t just grab and muzzle…. Sorry

Happy with the service Teddy loves seeing the staff. They’re very friendly with them and that’s important.

It was a little frustrating we had to wait more than 10 minutes past our scheduled time to be seen.

We have always had excellent service and communication with Dr. Singh. We have been clients there since 1997 with many of our pets and could not recommend him more. We are thankful for his excellent service.

I was there for grooming. I like the layout and friendly atmosphere. Diane is great and Gizmo likes her too! They say you can t go wrong with a person that a dog likes! Highly recommend the grooming with Diane. I haven t used the medical staff yet, but will post a comment once I do!

I called with follow up questions regarding Parker s recovery from her surgery and was told the vet would call me that day. That was on Wednesday. I have yet to receive a reply. Today is Friday. This is very unsatisfactory service. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care Parker and I have received. I was also frustrated that I originally brought Parker in for treatment for a possible ear infection. The vet provided medication used for dogs. The medication did not work and I was charged for new medication on Tuesday. I believe the cost should have been covered by the vet clinic since it was the vet s decision to use dog medication, medication not intended as treatment for cats. - Anne Gillard 416-575-0840 [email protected]
