Would have liked to chat with the vet himself, who seemed like a nice gentleman, for a couple of minutes. He was in and out too quick. Would have liked to Discuss the health of my puppy and possible change to diet. That being said, I got a really good vibe from the office staff and the vet himself and will continue visiting.

I love this vet and all his staff. I explained to the lady who was there for the first time with her car how amazing this place is. I went to four other vets with my dog when he was a puppy before finding this place. I’m a first fine dog owner and the challenges of having a puppy was harder than I expected. The vet and his staff were there for me and my dog with every emergency, question, shots and all the yummy treats. I appreciate this place a lot as my dog is my baby, I’m overjoyed with the care they show him.

My only concern was that I had originally called Friday morning regarding getting my dogs nails cut and a refill on her medication. I called early because I knew we needed to get approval from the dr to refill the medication. When I came in on the following Thursday (almost a week later) and asked for the refill the receptionist and Dr had no idea I had even requested it. I then had to wait to speak to the dr after the receptionist examined I was asking for a refill and he needed to approve it. Then had to wait for the dr to review the file and then speak to us regarding the medication. I called a week prior so the request could have been made to the dr and he then could have called me to discuss it so that it was ready for pick up when I arrived. Normally it wouldn t have bothered me but I work in retail, it is the Christmas season and very busy at work and am on my feet all day. I was completely exhausted and the vet visit ended up being an hour or so longer then it needed to be. I do appreciate everything your hospital has done for poppy over the past few years you are an amazing team. However maybe in the future there needs to be better communication between the clients request phone calls, the dr and when the client arrives for thier appointment. Thank you again for everything you do!
