Never been to to vets office where they couldn’t muzzle a 10lb dog to give a haircut. Had to pick up my dog within 10 minutes. My dog has separation anxiety and since being a vet you would think you know how to handle any behaviour. Took him to pet value and they cut his hair. You need to understand behaviour to let the dog warm up can’t just grab and muzzle…. Sorry

Happy with the service Teddy loves seeing the staff. They’re very friendly with them and that’s important.

It was a little frustrating we had to wait more than 10 minutes past our scheduled time to be seen.

We have always had excellent service and communication with Dr. Singh. We have been clients there since 1997 with many of our pets and could not recommend him more. We are thankful for his excellent service.

I was there for grooming. I like the layout and friendly atmosphere. Diane is great and Gizmo likes her too! They say you can t go wrong with a person that a dog likes! Highly recommend the grooming with Diane. I haven t used the medical staff yet, but will post a comment once I do!

I called with follow up questions regarding Parker s recovery from her surgery and was told the vet would call me that day. That was on Wednesday. I have yet to receive a reply. Today is Friday. This is very unsatisfactory service. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care Parker and I have received. I was also frustrated that I originally brought Parker in for treatment for a possible ear infection. The vet provided medication used for dogs. The medication did not work and I was charged for new medication on Tuesday. I believe the cost should have been covered by the vet clinic since it was the vet s decision to use dog medication, medication not intended as treatment for cats. - Anne Gillard 416-575-0840 [email protected]

Would have liked to chat with the vet himself, who seemed like a nice gentleman, for a couple of minutes. He was in and out too quick. Would have liked to Discuss the health of my puppy and possible change to diet. That being said, I got a really good vibe from the office staff and the vet himself and will continue visiting.

I love this vet and all his staff. I explained to the lady who was there for the first time with her car how amazing this place is. I went to four other vets with my dog when he was a puppy before finding this place. I’m a first fine dog owner and the challenges of having a puppy was harder than I expected. The vet and his staff were there for me and my dog with every emergency, question, shots and all the yummy treats. I appreciate this place a lot as my dog is my baby, I’m overjoyed with the care they show him.

My only concern was that I had originally called Friday morning regarding getting my dogs nails cut and a refill on her medication. I called early because I knew we needed to get approval from the dr to refill the medication. When I came in on the following Thursday (almost a week later) and asked for the refill the receptionist and Dr had no idea I had even requested it. I then had to wait to speak to the dr after the receptionist examined I was asking for a refill and he needed to approve it. Then had to wait for the dr to review the file and then speak to us regarding the medication. I called a week prior so the request could have been made to the dr and he then could have called me to discuss it so that it was ready for pick up when I arrived. Normally it wouldn t have bothered me but I work in retail, it is the Christmas season and very busy at work and am on my feet all day. I was completely exhausted and the vet visit ended up being an hour or so longer then it needed to be. I do appreciate everything your hospital has done for poppy over the past few years you are an amazing team. However maybe in the future there needs to be better communication between the clients request phone calls, the dr and when the client arrives for thier appointment. Thank you again for everything you do!

We had no appointment because our dog was injured but we were accommodated anyway. Our dog was treated right away and the whole team was very helpful.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Wish I would have taken my pets here years ago! Excellent care for my pets.
