Going to the vet isn t always the best experience, you re always worried about your pets. But not in this case, the staff and vet were really great. Everything was well explained. Thanks!

Amazing customer service. Kind sensitive workers!!

Vet ran in and did needles. Than ran out. Did not ask if I had any questions. Sent in next person to cut nails then said that’s it and left. Was not sure if any one was coming back. Then they returned to get me out. I asked if they had time for questions and answers and was told they are in surgery. I asked about feeding for the kitten and was told 3-4 cups a day. That is not correct. Not impressed with new staff

I was put in a room right away and did not have to wait long to be seen. My dog was being a bit of a handful (he knew where he was...) but the vet was patient. I have been using this clinic for several years. They are not overly expensive as vet costs go, and always friendly and professional.

The survey was NOT easy to navigate. I could not click on the stars to rate you on your various services. Sorry! Clicking had no effect on the various stars.

I was extremely satisfied. There was a future problem that I was not aware of, received an broken down estimate. Not pressured at all. Also fixed a medical problem within 3 1/2 hours by a needle. Cannot ask for better than that. Received follow up call today to say everything is alright now. Have always been satisfied.

This time I was very disappointed as I booked my pet for an fully yearly appointment.we ended up seeing an new young lady stepping in holding a needle without asking who we are and why we are there for.after taking my pet for 2-3 min they brought him back and I was asked to pay 517$.I was very confused as I was paying and trying to ask the doctor some question.2-3 days later i still waiting for the secretary to tell me the answer of the blood work.

I appreciate that I was told that Marnie was restless so I could pick her up. The receptionist was caring and friendly.

Dr Singh did his best to help Summer return to the healthy dog she was before getting sick in her gut. Was it necessary to shave all her lower legs to give her IV? She has sore, red, aggravated areas that she licks incessantly for periods of time. The vomiting seems to be finished. Relieved!

Perfect except smell (strong undried linen scent)

I have been dealing with this animal hospital for the last 13 years and everything is perfect from day one with no change. the staff is excellent even my dog loves visiting them which is rare. Thanks to the Dr.Singh and his whole team for their dedications.

I was waiting for an estimate for having my dog neutered, but still have not received the estimate.

Dr. Singh was very gentle and kind with our scared cat. Not enough hypoallergenic food options and no treats. We train our cat and need treats.
