Most of the staff was friendly and courteous. The young lady at reception was great, Dr. Singh is fantastic BUT the lady who is SUPPOSED to reiterate the Dr s information and provide the prescription seems like she s using the animals prescriptions, unable to answer questions about the medication and repeating the number of pills required per day and how to calculate 2 pills in a 12 hour period. Not to mention the loopy mannerisms while describing what is required.

There was confusion when I arrived (on time) for the appointment and checked in...I requested to stay in our car with my dog as he was anxious and I was assured I would be called. I received a call 20 minutes later asking if I was coming to my appointment. It appears that the staff covering the front desk didn t communicate to each other, so maybe just ensure a better way to convey info. I also then had to come back in to fill out documentation, which I could have done while waiting :) Other than that, I was very grateful for the staff fitting us in and they were really helpful! Many thanks.

terrific i send a lot of my grooming customers to your clinic over the past few years and they all say :we now have anew and great Vet clinic thanks they say great staff and everybody loves the doctor and the prices are great plus they love the surroundings clean quiet and parking is a plus not to mention the lab services
