Helpful and thorough vet examination. Half hour wait beyond the appointment time. At every visit.

The services are very expensive, but Dr. Singh is a good vet.

Easy to get an appointment for my cat for her booster and a quick examination. Everyone is always friendly, efficient and compassionate with pets.

The facilities aren’t sanitized properly, I had to wipe the counter where my pet gets weighed and the large table. It feels very very very unsanitary, the table, the floor, the weight machine. & the doctors I feel rush through the process without proper explanation or care

If clients have to wait with a nervous animal more than 15 mins it would be nice to receive an apology or explanation. I understand there will be some wait time but if notified clients could take the dog outside if needed.

I have been going to Birch-Dan for many years and find the staff very friendly and helpful.

The folks at BirchDan always hook us up in our time of need. Whenever one of our furbabies is ill or hurt, they see us without hesitation or issue. Dr Singh is a great doctor who s client care is matched by his wealth of knowledge.

probably one of the best bet experiences I have had in a while. not only did the staff member working reception try her best to get us seen last minute but when we arrived both her and the doctor were fantastic to deal with and so gentle with my dog who absolutely hates appointments of any kind

Excellent overall service

The staff is great. My Toulouse gets nervous in the crate and sometimes defecates which he did on this occasion. Not only did the staff clean him up but gave him a brushing and wrapped up the soiled towel for me and put another in his crate. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of Toulouse.

My visit was pleasurable and Sylvester was very comfortable with his checkup as he is very skiddish normally around people. I would highly recommend Birch-Dan Animal Clinic...everyone at the clinic is friendly and attentive to the needs of our pets. Thank you Linda
