Clicking on the stars did not seen to work but I would say excellent for all. Dr Singh is amazing and the young lady who assisted him on my last visit was soooo nice and helpful.

As always 5he staff was super happy to see Poppy and played along with her need to give everyone hugs. They adjusted to her needs regarding cutting her nails and swing her ears as she doesn t like to get either done. They were patient with her. The vet explained all options regarding treatment and cost however I did feel like she didn t understand that cost was an issue. In the end she worked with us and it all worked out. Again and as always another pleasant trip to the vets/ salon for my girl. Thank you birch dan.

The veterinarian I saw didn’t introduce herself, and the prescriptions provided were under Dr. Singh’s name, so I wasn’t sure exactly who she was. Although I feel the care provided was excellent, I would have appreciated an introduction - including whether she is a trainee working under Dr. Singh’s supervision.

I really liked the overall service I received and will definitely continue coming to your office as long as I will have Sally.

Vet ran in and did needles. Than ran out. Did not ask if I had any questions. Sent in next person to cut nails then said that’s it and left. Was not sure if any one was coming back. Then they returned to get me out. I asked if they had time for questions and answers and was told they are in surgery. I asked about feeding for the kitten and was told 3-4 cups a day. That is not correct. Not impressed with new staff

I was put in a room right away and did not have to wait long to be seen. My dog was being a bit of a handful (he knew where he was...) but the vet was patient. I have been using this clinic for several years. They are not overly expensive as vet costs go, and always friendly and professional.

The survey was NOT easy to navigate. I could not click on the stars to rate you on your various services. Sorry! Clicking had no effect on the various stars.

Excellent grooming job by Diane! We have been clients for 17 years for our two dogs and wouldn’t use another groomer.

I was extremely satisfied. There was a future problem that I was not aware of, received an broken down estimate. Not pressured at all. Also fixed a medical problem within 3 1/2 hours by a needle. Cannot ask for better than that. Received follow up call today to say everything is alright now. Have always been satisfied.

This time I was very disappointed as I booked my pet for an fully yearly appointment.we ended up seeing an new young lady stepping in holding a needle without asking who we are and why we are there for.after taking my pet for 2-3 min they brought him back and I was asked to pay 517$.I was very confused as I was paying and trying to ask the doctor some question.2-3 days later i still waiting for the secretary to tell me the answer of the blood work.
