No easy access for wheelchair and no staff offered to help with doors. Staff did not let us know which vaccines our dog was due for, so we needed to return again same day to get remaining vaccines.

I called in an order and in two days the items were ready for pick up. I asked for Molly my dog to be seen at the same time when I would pick up items; your staff remembered and accommodated me the same day (and actually one day earlier than estimated). The team were friendly, helpful (carried the food out to the car for me) and scheduled Molly for her next appointment. I was very happy with the service.

Prior to arrival I wasnt told how much it was going to cost for the booster and exam. $70 for a 3 minute examination is ridiculous it was a shock to me as everything is expensive these days and i have to budget everything. So that really threw me off.

I don’t know why they gave me so much extra medication . It’s good that you could do the tests on site . I was happy you could see my pet in a timely manner It was pretty expensive The table wasn’t cleaned after the last pet . The vet seemed quite thorough

I’ve been taking my pets to Birch-Dan Animal Hospital of over 2 years. The place is always clean, all the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Singh is simply the best!
