I’ve been taking my pets to Birch-Dan Animal Hospital of over 2 years. The place is always clean, all the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Singh is simply the best!

I’m totally okay with a charge for a nail trim - well worth the price. I just wasn’t aware there was a cost for this when offered. It’s also been YEARS since I required a nail trimming for a pet, and it was $5 at the time, so the $20 was a little bit of a shock. However, again, well worth the cost and I highly appreciate the service. Maybe just a quick mention on the cost for this when offered. Thank you again for the wonderful care for my babies, I’m very happy with services and care provided. Cost is also fair which I strongly appreciate in this current economy.

Need to see the actual x-rays when discussing the pet s condition. Also meds purchased were sedatives, not pain meds - so should be termed as such.
