We felt the doctor rushed through the appointment. The initial appointment is usually more thorough. We weren t given any details about the full exam. We were only told that she has mites in her ear and about her vaccination. No summary about my pet s overall health was given.

I know its a vet. But the smell if litter is overpowering. I ve been to many vets that dont have a smell. That being said, I come back for how my pet and I are treated. Everyone is caring and kind and lovely. The staff is wonderful. Thank you.

Everything was fabulous. The staff even provided me with extra help. I could not have gone to a better place. The staff genuinely care about your animals. I would never go anywhere else. THANK YOU ALL VERY VERY MUCH. They even do follow ups. You cannot do better.

We move our pets to you last year as we were very disappointed with the service from our previous clinic. We have found you very easy to contact, were able to get seen same day if needed and we don’t feel that you are pushing unnecessary services at us. So 10/10 from us. Keep doing what you are doing.

Dr Singh has been my dog Zoe’s vet since I rescued her 12 years ago. I have moved home now but will continue to see him for Zoe s needs. He is an amazing human being, very kind, gentle with the animals and softly spoken that has also helped calm my anxiety over the years. Thank you Dr. Singh for being you. Very impressed with friendliness, thoroughness and timeliness of staff. We came in with our dog due to a bite she had sustained. The veterinarian noticed and took care of two other issues while we were there. I would definitely recommend birch -Dan animal clinic to other pet owners.

Exceptional service. We were not a current customer, but asked to be squeezed in on a Saturday afternoon because my dog had an eye infection. Both Dr. Conte and the other veterinarian assistants were so kind and professional.

I needed an urgent appointment for my dog, and the receptionist working on 3/15/25 was incredibly kind, friendly, and patient in answering all my questions. The vet who treated my dog was Dr. Tayo, and he was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my dog. Although the news he had to deliver was difficult, the kindness and compassion shown by everyone made it easier to handle. I’m definitely sticking with this clinic and won’t be going to another vet. Additionally, your prices are more affordable than many other places I called while doing a price comparison, which is a huge plus. I’m so happy to have finally had a positive experience at a veterinary clinic after a long time - places like this are truly rare. Your motto of quality and compassion is something you truly live by. Thank you!
